Ram is first introduced in the 4th episode of the first season of Re: Zero anime. In that episode, her age is shown to be 17 years which is the same as her twin sister Rem. Ram promised to help Roswaal in his own journey and swore to help him while killing the Divine Dragon. Her original plan was to play along with her master, Roswaal, and then kill him when she got the perfect opportunity. 4. Why Does Ram Meet Roswaal Secretly In The Middle Of The Night?
When Ram was a child, she lost her horn during the attack on her Oni Clan’s village. Horns are like organs for Oni, and being without an organ means she can’t function optimally and goes through constant pain. This is why Roswaal concentrated six elements and transferred the mana created from it to Ram to help her to ease the pain. Roswaal gained the twins’ gratitude and loyalty by doing this. Ram started to have romantic feelings for him and was dependent on him due to the regular mana infusions.

While many fans often root for Garfiel to win over Ram, it isn’t going to happen because Ram has no romantic feelings for Garfiel.
