EXO member Baekhyun has reportedly established a new entertainment company as he continues to navigate an ongoing legal dispute involving his current agency, INB100.

The newly formed company, reportedly named B.EON Entertainment, is expected to provide a potential independent base for Baekhyun and his fellow EXO-CBX members Chen and Xiumin.

The development was reported on October 30, 2026, with attention particularly focused on the possibility of the three artists resuming their activities together under a new management structure.

According to media reports, Baekhyun is listed as the head of the newly established company.

The business was reportedly founded in September and initially registered at his private residence before changing its registered address on October 22 as preparations for an office space began.

The move has prompted speculation about the future of EXO-CBX, especially as the trio continues to deal with contractual disagreements involving INB100.

Baekhyun’s New Agency Could Become an Independent Base for EXO-CBX

Reports about B.EON Entertainment have generated considerable interest among fans, particularly after an individual who previously handled management responsibilities at the trio’s former agency reportedly joined the new company.

The development has raised expectations that Baekhyun, Chen and Xiumin could eventually manage their group activities through the newly established organisation.

However, INB100 stated that it had no knowledge of the establishment of the new corporate entity.

This indicates that the company formation and the trio’s future management arrangements remain separate matters that require further clarification.

The latest development also follows a statement from a representative of B.ON Entertainment, reported separately by Biz Hankook.

According to that report, although formal contracts had not yet been signed, the three members were expected to work together through the company.

The representative explained that establishing a corporation would help manage payments from smaller events and address tax-related requirements.

The representative also indicated that more concrete plans for activities through the company could begin after March 2027.

While the reports have encouraged fans hoping for future CBX activities, the precise contractual arrangements and official plans have yet to be finalised.

Ongoing Legal Dispute With INB100 Adds Context to the Move

Baekhyun‘s establishment of a new company comes amid a legal dispute involving INB100, the agency he founded in 2023 to manage his individual activities and those of Chen and Xiumin.

In May 2024, INB100 became part of ONE HUNDRED Label.

The trio subsequently raised concerns over alleged unpaid settlements and other contractual issues, eventually seeking legal intervention to suspend their exclusive agreements.

On September 15, 2026, the Seoul Central District Court granted EXO-CBX’s request for a preliminary injunction, suspending the effect of their exclusive contracts with INB100 until a ruling is delivered in the main lawsuit.

The court’s decision followed the trio’s claims concerning unpaid earnings.

It also meant that INB100 could not compel the artists to undertake entertainment activities or interfere with their independent work while the injunction remained in effect.

The legal proceedings are still ongoing, and the preliminary injunction should not be confused with a final ruling on the main contract dispute.

Baekhyun previously established INB100 as an independent agency after leaving SM Entertainment’s management for his individual and unit activities.

Chen and Xiumin subsequently joined him in pursuing their activities through the company, while maintaining arrangements for EXO’s group promotions.

The possibility of the three members working together through B.EON Entertainment has therefore become an important development for fans following the situation.

For now, attention remains on the company’s official structure, the completion of any artist contracts and the outcome of the ongoing legal proceedings.

If the reported plans move forward, the new agency could mark another chapter in Baekhyun, Chen and Xiumin’s efforts to establish an independent direction for EXO-CBX.
