Met Gala has continued to be in headlines with the celebrities dressed to impress, and Doja Cat didn’t disappoint her fans with her look. Doja debuted in the Met Gala in 2023 by living up to her namesake. Doja made an entrance wearing an Oscar de la Renta sparkly ensemble transforming her face into looking like a feline with prosthetics by Malina Stearns.
The Woman singer grabbed eyeballs as she chose to pay homage to Choupette, Karl Lagerfeld’s beloved cat. Doja was dressed in a silver sequined gown that had cat ears and a hood with cat ears featured on it. The dress also featured a long ruffled train that gave the dress a dramatic effect and was backless.
Doja channeled Choupette perfectly, with his face resembling the Fenile family. Doja was adorned in silver diamond studded jewelry that included a headpiece, several rings, and a bracelet. Doja stated she decided to come as a cat the moment Met Gala’s theme was mentioned. Doja has her claws in being known for her iconic fashion, and she came ate and left no crumbs.
