Demons, vampires, shinigami, and many other mythical beings have remained one of the most interesting things. Things related to them are super exciting in general, but they did wonders when combined with a plot and a lot of imagination. Anime series centering on these beings has always remained at the top and received much more popularity than any other average anime series, just like the anime series Demon Slayer, which has maintained a top spot since its release. Demon Slayer, also known as Kimetsu no Yaiba, was initially released as a manga series by Koyoharu Gotouge. Now, years later, we have the trailer for the Demon Slayer Swordsmith Village arc.
The manga was published by Shueisha and serialized in Weekly Shone Jump Magazine. The anime adaptation of the manga is produced by Ufotable studio under the direction of Haruo Sotozaki. It debuted on 6th April 2019, and till then, it has released 44 episodes divided into Season 1, Mugen Train Arc, and Entertainment District Arc. At the beginning of this year, Entertainment District Arc ended with 11 episodes. Soon after, the Demon Slayer Season 3 “Swordsmith Village Arc” was announced. Fans are already crazy over it, and we all got to see the first trailer for the upcoming Season.

About Demon Slayer ‘Swordsmith Village Arc’
Demon Slayer has been running for quite some time and has been renewing with all new arcs from the manga from time to time. The upcoming arc of the anime series Demon Slayer is known as ‘Swordsmith Village Arc’. You can also refer to it as Demon Slayer Season 3, and it is the ninth story arc from Kimetsu no Yaiba. As of now, the Season has been confirmed as an official announcement, and a visual teaser of the character has also been out. Based on the expectations, in the original Japanese Cast, we saw Natsuki Hanae as Tanjiro, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Inosuke Hashibira, Hiro Shimono as Zenitsu Agatsuma, Akira Kito as Nezuko Kamado, and Katsuyuki Konishi as Tengen Uzui might come back. As for the direction, it might do by Haruo Sotozaki, but the rest of the crew still remains unclear.
Plot
The plot of the new arc is very clear and revealed, thanks to the source material from the manga. The storyline ‘Swordsmith Village Arc’ will take around the swordsmith village. After Tanjiro’s sword got damaged badly, he took off for a journey to Swordsmith village in order to find the person who made his sword. He went there and explained how he got his sword in such a bad shape to Hotaru Haganezuka – the swordsmith. However, things never go this smooth, as Tanjiro waits for his sword to get repaired, the enemy begins to approach him. In the village, he met Muichiro Tokito, aka Mist Hashira, who was engaged with demons. Even though he was having a tough time, he would not accept help from anyone like Tanjiro and Genya.
Both of them get into a conflict with the demons, while Muichiro stays stubborn as ever, not accepting help from another demon slayer. They will get into a fight with two upper-rank demons that they might defeat easily. But how will it go when they have to get against someone who can split itself into four bodies and regenerate instantly even after a fatal attack?
Demon Slayer ‘Swordsmith Village Arc’ Trailer Released
Demon Slayer Season 3 has been confirmed, and the plot details are also out. The visuals from the upcoming Season are also out, and we get to see the character designs of Mist and Love Hashira. Things turned more excited after the release of the first trailer from the new Season. On 16th April 2022, the official first trailer of Demon Slayer ‘Swordsmith Village Arc’ was released. It is a 2 minutes 50 seconds long trailer and features some of the best moments from all the previous seasons, rewinding everything. Later, the trailer concludes with some initial looks into the Demon Slayer Season 3.

It began with Hotaru crafting a new sword that is surely going to be for Tanjiro. Later, we got to see Mitsuri Konroji and Muichiro Tokito, the main characters and Hashiras of the series. At the end, we also got to see Tanjiro in action as he used his new sword to fight. A release window for the new Season of Demon Slayer is yet to be announced but based on assumptions, you might get to watch the anime somewhere in mid-2023.
