Delightfully Deceitful Plot Synopsis
Lee Ro Um was a brilliant child who grew up to be a con woman. She is one of the finest in her work and has no bounds or ethics. She seems heartless, but an incident shattered her heart into pieces long ago and changed her course of life.
She is framed for murdering her parents, a sin she never committed, and is proven innocent after ten years by her morally perfect lawyer Moo Young. Now she yearns for revenge, no matter what it takes.
On the other hand, Moo Young is calm and compassionate. He feels the pain of Ro Um and stands by her side for their common goal: Revenge.
Little do they know that their paths will cross more often than they think, their bond will be more than an alliance, and the threads will lead to a past that they are not prepared for.
Delightfully Deceitful Episode 14 Recap
In the opening scenes, the director is found dead. The backdrop story to it tells us that he got to know who the president is. It is actually Jay The Punk who had been using the identity of Ji Seung Don.
He established Jeokmok, and now he gives the director 24 hours to save his life which was a mockery. We also see that Jay has shot Ringo, who has informed his team about his reality. Further, Jay tells Kyung Ja to leave for the airport.
Mr. Kang tells Moo Young that his father murdered Ro Um’s parents for money. Ro Um also finds out the truth and gets to meet Moo Young’s father, who was held hostage by Jay.
She saves his life and heads to meet Jay. Da Jung and the team get to know about Ringo’s trouble. They rush to rescue him. Ro um has an encounter with Jay, and he tries to convince her to join him again.
Ringo is rushed to the hospital by Da Jung and her fellows. Ro Um disappears, and Moo Young looks for her at the Sanjeong station. After he fails to find her, he returns to the hospital.
Ro Um visits Kyung Ja and tells her that Jay wants her to be dead. After a while, she returns and asks Moo Young if he will defend her. After he agrees, she kisses him, and the cops arrive to arrest her for murdering Kyung Ja.
