Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is Nintendo’s definitive kart-racing game for the Nintendo Switch, bringing together characters, tracks and items from across the Mario franchise. Players race through colorful courses while using items such as shells, bananas and the Bullet Bill to gain an advantage over their opponents. The game includes Grand Prix, Time Trials, Battle modes, online multiplayer and local multiplayer. Its expanded roster and the addition of the Booster Course Pass, which introduced 48 additional courses, make it one of the most substantial entries in the long-running Mario Kart series.
