Final Fantasy Resonance is a single-player RPG developed by Lancarse and published by Square Enix. It is the first Final Fantasy game built in the HD-2D style, combining pixel-art characters and environments with modern 3D effects and cinematic camera work. The game is based on the first story arc of Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, but has been extensively rebuilt as a standalone console RPG rather than serving as a direct port of the mobile game.
