Recap of Chapter 59
Dandadan Chapter 59 was titled, “Symphony No. 9”. This chapter focused on the counterattacks of Aira and Takakura toward the musician’s evil spirit. Turbo granny is seen guiding them and encouraging them through harsh words. They are transferred to an orchestra domain barrier during their flight in which illusions of a creepy audience and Big giants attack both of them. Turbo granny with the help of Aira takes notice of where the musicians are in the crowd. And all three of them together make a strategy to fight them head-on. At last, Aira defeats the giants and Takakura unleashes a new head-butt attack on the musicians.

What will happen in Dandadan Chapter 60?
Chapter 59 of Dandadan ended with Takakura Head-butting all the evil spirits’ mediums when Turbo’s granny gave him courage. He used the power of metal music that he loved during the performance by Hayashi. When Turbo granny said, “Five Notes in one beat would be easy enough for me”, was the moment Takakura realized what capability he has inside him. And so through the spiritual power of Turbo Granny, he smashed through all the spirits.
This was one of the instances where we can easily conclude that Turbo granny has a lot of knowledge and techniques to offer to Takakura and others. Her character development has been great throughout the series. And in the future arcs, her role is definitely gonna get bigger. On the other hand, we also see Aira dodging and doing her moves with her hair during the fight with the Big Giants.

Although throughout the series she and Momo were sort of rivals and were always fighting for no reason with each other. In her attempt to overpower the giants she thought of the moment in which momo was attacked by Jin. And how she felt when she couldn’t do anything to save momo, her resolve to become stronger was indeed due to Momo’s suffering. Both Takakura and Aira have become stronger and upgraded their stealth abilities, as the Training arc is nearing its end.
