In the previous chapter, the main character was engaged in a hidden chat with a fellow explorer in a treacherous mountain teeming with creatures. As they talked about how scary this place was, they realized that there were even more horrible demonic monsters hidden inside in addition to the ogres.
The protagonist, on the other hand, thought demons were likely to roam the forest freely and could not imagine raising them as pets. It was discovered that whoever was raising these demons intended to help the Black Lion Knights get battle experience. After discussing the site of Vermouth the Great’s grave, which is said to be on this mountain, the conversation took an unusual turn.
The protagonist of the tale finds it confusing that these demons are so near the fabled burial. Tensions increased as the other adventurer questioned the demons’ allegiance to the Lionhart family, leading to a heated discussion regarding their relationship to the hallowed burial. Let’s see when chapter 74 of Damn Reincarnation will be released, the timings, and where to read it.
In Chapter 73 of “Damn Reincarnation,” the main character visits a perilous mountain. Even scarier demons are located further in, although the main character mentions to someone that ogres are present. The primary character finds it unbelievable that demons can be tamed. The Black Lion Knights are raising them to obtain experience.
As they carry on talking, they discover that while Vermouth the Great’s tomb is located inside this mountain, demons have been let loose nearby for an unknown purpose. The primary character finds this incomprehensible and becomes enraged, demonstrating their allegiance to the Lionhart family. The person they are speaking with is surprised by their sudden patriotism.
The main character says in the chat that in their prior raids, demons had never been anywhere close to Vermouth the Great’s grave. When they realize that the Senate leader is observing them, the narrative changes. They conclude that this is not a good idea and proceed straight to the Black Lion Castle rather than making their way pretending to see the mountain.
Ciel doesn’t particularly enjoy the thought of riding his wyvern, as the primary character implies. The main character is warned to leave immediately because more knights will be arriving shortly, even though Ciel pledges to notify them before they depart. Tension increases as soon as it’s clear Carmen isn’t one of the new knights.
The other captains’ appearances are unknown, although none of them seem powerful enough to be Carmen. The main character is prepared to face the Black Lion Knight Order, even if this is only a test. They surge ahead, shocking the knights in the process.
A new character, Nathan Lionhart, the Aroth-born Vice Captain of the 3rd Legion, is introduced as they approach. When he asks where Ciel is, the protagonist responds that she is downstairs. When they lose a spear combat, the main character is taken aback. Nathan Lionhart tries to diffuse the tension by stating that a fight is not necessary. The protagonist simply needs to go there to access Black Lion Castle.
Tension is increased by the feeling of approaching danger when a stone is flung from below. Chapter 73 of “Damn Reincarnation” features an exploration of a perilous mountain by the main character. Ogres and even terrifying demons lurk deeper because the main character finds it odd that the Black Lion Knights are rearing demons for experience.
They learn later in the talk that Vermouth the Great’s burial is inside the mountain, but that, for some reason, demons have been let wild close by. The main character becomes confused by this and becomes enraged, showing his loyalty to the Lionhart family. They are taken aback by the person they are speaking with’s sudden loyalty.
The story continues, mentioning that they have previously conducted demon raids but that no demons have been in the vicinity of Vermouth the Great’s tomb. Presuming to visit the castle, they were meant to explore the mountain, but now that the Senate leader is watching them, it doesn’t seem like a smart plan. When they find out that he’s watching them, the plot changes.
As a result, they choose a backup plan that entails traveling straight to the Black Lion Castle. Although the main character offers to ride Ciel’s wyvern, Ciel isn’t excited about the idea. Ciel does, however, swear to alert the main character before departing.
It is also imperative that the main character escape quickly because more knights are anticipated to come shortly. The main character needs to reach the Black Lion Castle to survive, despite Nathan Lionhart’s best efforts to diffuse the tension. The main character watches a stone fall from below just as the tension is rising.
