Satomi Kōrogi voices Himawari Nohara, Shin-chan’s baby sister, and Mari Mashiba plays both Tōru Kazama and Shiro.
New characters are voiced by an impressive array of actors. Tamao Hayashi plays Nene Sakurada, and Teiyū Ichiryūsai brings Masao Sato to life. Takumi Kitamura voices Billy, with Maaya Uchida voicing the younger version of Billy. Shunsuke Itō and Yū Hatanaka join as Ammonar Itō and Chu, respectively. Nana Mizuki voices the character Nana.
The film’s theme song, titled “Omoide o Kakenukete,” will be performed by the band My Hair is Bad.
