The love for K-pop is on the rise. The widespread craze for the culture and idols having a chokehold over the fans. All age groups, especially the young, are fascinated by several icons, band members, their charm, and the variety they bring.
Talk of BTS, Blackpink, GOT7, or any you name it; the fad continues to grow. One such girl group from the World of K-pop is CRAXY.
This five-member group has released a decent number of albums and also aroused everyone’s curiosity to know more about them. Today, we will find out all we need to know about CRAXY- the power puff girl gang.
CRAXY Members
Currently, there are five members in the group CRAXY. They are Woo Ah, Karin, Hyejin, Swan, and ChaeY. Earlier, two more members, Yujin and Hana, enjoyed a spot in the group, but later they left.
Woo Ah
Born on June 20, 1997, in Changwon, South Korea. She is a 26 years old charming vocalist of the group. Not only this, she is also the leader of the group who raps well. Her pre-debut solo song was Issues which came out on May 18.
Karin
Next to her is the 2000-born Karin. The young and fascinating CRAXY member was born on April 23 and is 23 years old. Her birthplace is Seosan, South Korea. She plays the role of lead dancer and is also a vocalist and rapper. Her first solo was the pre-debut music video Ka Ka Ka which came out on October 24.
Hyejin
Another member of the girl group, Hyejin, was born on July 13, 2000. She is 22 at present and will soon turn 23. Her hometown is Gwangju, South Korea. She plays the part of the lead rapper for the group, along with dancers, vocalists, and visuals. Her first solo song was Boyfriend, which came out on August 10.
Swan
Probably the most adored member of the group, Swan was born in Seongnam, South Korea, on December 28, 2000. She marks her presence in the group as the main vocalist. Her initial solo song was My Soul, which dropped on September 25.
ChaeY
Last but not least is our Maknae/ youngest active member of the group, ChaeY. Born on January 6, 2003, in Seoul, South Korea, the youngster made a name for herself by occupying the group’s position of dancer and vocalist. Her first song, “Sixteen,” was released on August 30.
CRAXY Debut
The girl group made their debut on March 3 with a bang. Their first mini album was My Universe, and the title track to it was Aria. Before their debut in 2018, the girl group was known as WishGirls.
Their first fandom name was Cravity, but it clashed with a boy group. So they decided to ask their fans for help, and now the name is Crown. Their fandom colors are black and gold. Their name CRAXY was explained as a combination of crazy and sexy.

CRAXY Songs and Albums
Their first album, which was also their debut album, was My Universe, with the title track Aria. It was released on March 3, 2020. Following it was their first single album, Zero.
It dropped on October 7, 2021, and its title track was GAIA. It was supposed to be their comeback track scheduled in 2020 itself, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was delayed.
They also went ahead with their second mini album, naming it after their single album Zero. So, this new mini album was named Zero 2, which made it to the fans on February 24, 2022, and involved Dance with God and Trigger.
Their third mini-album was named Who Am I, and it was made public following its release on August 16, 2022. Their single album, poison rose, created a buzz with a release on November 10, 2022.
The group also set its foot into the year 2023 with its fourth mini album XX released on March 23. Their latest release was the digital single No Limit which came out on May 9, 2023.
Besides, they released a special song, To Dante, on October 23, 2020, as a surprise for their producer’s son’s birthday. Their further releases involve a mix tape, a new single, and a mini album.
