The spoilers for the 12th chapter of the Boruto Blue Vortex manga were revealed recently, showcasing an unexpected development in the story. According to the spoilers, Boruto gets shot by Jura from a long distance. Fortunately, Jura missed his mark, so Boruto’s vitals were not harmed.
Fans were quick to draw a parallel with a current event in the U.S. Presidential campaign, where Republican candidate Donald Trump was shot during a failed assassination attempt.
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is a spin-off and sequel to Kishimoto’s Naruto, following the exploits of Naruto Uzumaki’s son, Boruto Uzumaki, and his ninja team. An anime television series adaptation began airing on TV Tokyo in April 2017 and has been on hiatus since March 2023.
Unlike the manga, which started as a retelling of the Boruto film, the anime begins as a prequel set before Boruto and his friends become ninjas in a later story arc.
