The recent chapter opens up with Ichikawa, who reveals that just now, he was reunited with a good friend from his elementary school days, who then went to a super high-level private school, and his name is Kinoshita. He says that just like in old times, they started acting all edgy, and then a mysterious girl barged in.

After seeing a young girl with this much beauty, Ichikawa’s mouth spontaneously rolls, and he ended up calling her “kawaii”. Although it turns out that this girl is Kinoshita’s friend, and not only that, she also knows about Ichikawa because we that she straight up asks him if he is the guy who Kinoshita mentioned as his elementary school friend.
Later in the chapter, this girl reveals that she saw Ichikawa in Kinoshita’s yearbook and asks him if he went to a private school after that. Where Kinoshita says that instead of a private school, she should say an all-boys school, which is practically a passionate bias against public schools.

Later in the chapter, when Kinoshita and Ichikawa are alone at the bus stop, Kinoshita wonders what Ichikawa might be thinking about him and how he sees him now, and simultaneously believes that he will feel like he has been corrupted.
Later, Kinoshita blows a huge air from his mouth and says, allowing him to explain what just happened. According to him, for every milligram of a girl’s scent that gets into Kinoshita’s lung, his life is shortened by a day.
