A brand-new reality series from CBS called Big Brother Reindeer Games is set to debut soon. It will follow a different approach from the popular American reality series Big Brother. The show is being published in a Christmas version that will include housemates from previous seasons of Big Brother.
The names of the competitors and program hosts were eventually revealed by the producers just before the premiere of the competition show. It has been confirmed that the three hosts of the show are Jordan Lloyd, Tiffany Mitchell, and Derek Xiao, all of whom were housemates on Big Brother.
In addition, the creators say that six episodes will be completed in just two weeks. Only one winner from the final program will take home the prize and winning title; one contender will be sent home after each episode.
The Big Brother world is now marketing the show as a Christmas special. It was developed to close the gap caused by the SAG strike in 2023. They will go by the moniker Santa’s Elves, and their task will be to make the whole place feel joyous. The last episode of the show is anticipated to air before December 25, 2023.
In contrast to previous seasons of Big Brother, this one has already been filmed, meaning that viewers won’t be treated to candid shots of the contestants, and the finale will already be complete by the time the first show airs.
Recap
On the inaugural episode of Big Brother: Reindeer Games, Cameron Hardin was ousted. Xavier Prather won the Santa’s Showdown tournament and overcame him. Frankie Grande partnered Cameron (of BB25), who was chosen by the other houseguests in a previous task, with Xavier for the elimination round.
The three Big Brother 16 competitors, Frankie, Nicole Franzel, and Cody Calafiore, got back together in well-known alliances. That evening, before the trials, individuals were shown plotting. Frankie appeared to be attempting to apologize and ensure that both he and Xavier were alright.
The Final 5 contestants are getting ready for their final elimination on Thursday, which will include the highly anticipated Reindeer Games event, with two nights remaining in the Big Brother house.
The HGs had just witnessed Josh leave Santa’s Lodge after narrowly losing to Nicole in an endurance match that featured enormous candy canes and fast movements. Nicole understands where she stands with Taylor as she heads back into the house.
With Britney and Nicole as his allies, Frankie can maintain his aggressive style of play and outplay Taylor and Xavier, who will probably have to form a partnership as a result of Taylor’s decision to focus on Nicole rather than him.
The final four Houseguests will reappear on Thursday, August 7, on CBS to compete in a series of competitions, with the winner departing the North Pole with $100,000 in their sleigh. There will be one more elimination on Tuesday, September 8, at 9/8c. Not bad for a week’s labor!
Who would you like to win the reward money, then? Of the original nine, only Xavier, Nicole, Frankie, Britney, and Taylor are left. Even though this Big Brother “season” only lasts two weeks, it moves at such an odd pace—which is a welcome change after that incredibly lengthy summer of BB25!

Santa is going to welcome nine famous Big Brother alumni—including one from the cast of BB25—to his enchanted realm, the Reindeer Games. Every episode has three competitions that end in “Santa’s Showdown,” which decides which participant leaves the game after that particular episode.
