1. BTS
BTS has once again topped the list of the kpop boy group brand reputation ranking for April 2022! It’s their 47th consecutive month with an 11.35 percent increase in their score since March 2022. While their brand reputation index is 13,032,735. Furthermore, the high-ranking phrases included in BTS’s keywords analysis are ‘Time Magazine,’ ‘Grammy Award,’ and ‘Cover Model.’ Meanwhile, ‘Selected,’ ‘Misfire,’ and ‘Influential’ are the group’s highest-ranking related terms.
All seven members Of BTS, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, are packed with a hectic schedule. Recently, they performed at Grammy Award, two days PTD on Stage- Las Vegas concerts, Time Magazine interview, collaboration with Free Fire, and so on. After a hiatus of four years, BIGBANG’s comeback has hit the kpop music industry. The group has also become the first male artist of 2022 to achieve certified all-kill with ‘Still Life.’ The song has hit numerous charts as soon as it was released, such as Melon, Genie and Bugs, VIBE’s daily chart, YouTube Music’s Top Songs chart, etc. Also, BIGBANG is ready to make new history since they have become the third kpop group to enter the top 10 on Billboard Global 200!
3. SEVENTEEN
Here comes Pledis Entertainment’s SEVENTEEN, which has taken the third position on April 2022 kpop boy group brand reputation ranking! The group has scored a brand reputation index of 3,264,715. Sadly, SEVENTEEN’s brand reputation index decreased by 4.22 percent in April. The last month, the group had their ‘Team SVT’ project, 6th fan meeting ‘Seventeen in Caratland’, and even released their new logo.
At present, all members of SEVENTEEN are focused on their upcoming projects. After all, SEVENTEEN will be releasing their English digital single ‘Darl+ing’ on 15 April 2022. 4. Super Junior
Super Junior has shown an impressive performance this month. They have taken fourth place on the April 2022 boy group brand reputation ranking list. Also, they scored 2,856,169 brand reputation index! The group was not even in the top 30 in March 2022 boy group brand reputation ranking. It shows how much the members have worked on their recent projects.
The initial thirteen members group has become ten members. Despite all challenges, they are continuously moving on. Recently, Super Junior released a special single album ‘The Road: Winter for Spring.’ Furthermore, their previous tracks, such as ‘Star’ and ‘Coming Home,’ did well on the Oricon Weekly Albums chart. 5. EXO

However, this month they got a fifth place with a brand reputation of 2,718,934. And after analysis, it shows that EXO has a slight increase of 4.52 percent in the brand reputation index.
EXO has been going through various changes since the members were enlisted in the military. Also, EXO has not released anything so far. However, in 2021, the members dropped different solo music pieces such as Kai’s Peaches, D.O.’s Empathy, Baekhyun’s Bambi, Lay’s Producer, and so on. 6. NCT
In the sixth place, we have NCT! NCT has maintained the fifth position as of March 2022 on the boy group brand reputation with 2,318,403. However, for April 2022, the group has an impressive increase of 16.24 percent, plus a brand reputation ranking of 2,694,839. It shows the boys are working hard to keep the group in demand and receive fans’ love.
As we know, NCT members are part of various sub-units such as NCT 127, NCT Dream, WayV, etc. However, each sub-unit plays a crucial role in the group’s popularity. Stray Kids has taken the seven position on April 2022 boy group brand reputation ranking. The previous month, where they had secured fourteenth place with a brand reputation index of 1,226,400. However, this month their rank has increased. Thus, their brand reputation index stands at 2,480,184.
As we know, the boys have been given their best shot. In March 2022, Stray Kids released their sixth EP, ‘Oddinary,’ with the lead track ‘Maniac.’ With this release, Stray Kids became the first kpop artist to spend three weeks in the top 60 of Billboard 200. Not to forget, Stray Kids has already announced their second World Tour ‘Maniac.’ Therefore, the upcoming months will be packed with a busy schedule. 8. BTOB
BTOB secures the eighth position on April 2022 kpop boy group brand reputation ranking! As compared to March (where BTOB was in the second position), this month’s group’s index has decreased. Hence, their brand reputation index indicates 2,265,628. Still, there are in the top 10 list. So nothing serious to worry about.
Another great thing that happened was BTOB’s comeback. Finally, the member made their first comeback as a whole group with the third studio album, ‘Be Together,’ in February 2022. Their title track ‘The Song’ has already won two music show wins. Furthermore, the group is also planning to hold a concert and will soon inform after the members’ recovery from COVID-19. 9. THE BOYZ
THE BOYZ has made their place on the ninth position of boy group brand reputation ranking for April! With their continued work and support from fans, THE BOYZ kept its rank in the top 10. Although they were in the sixth place in March, April’s position they secured with a brand reputation index of 1,910,081.
It’s not surprising that THE BOYZ ranking in the top 10 since they are preparing for their upcoming project. Sadly, they are also taking a little rest since many members such as Eric, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Ju Haknyeon, and Sangyeon tested positive. 10. MONSTA X
Finally, the tenth position is secured by MONSTA X! Like the previous month, MONSTA X has made it to the tenth place with a brand reputation index of 1,877,379. Although previously and this month, the group secured the same place, their brand reputation index is slightly increased since March’s index was 1,592,745.
It seems the group is in full form nowadays. They have announced a new comeback date for their next EP, ‘Shape of Love,’ with the lead track ‘Love.’ Furthermore, MONSTA X has also rescheduled their U.S. tour for May and June.
