Ao Ashi Chapter 321 Recap
In the previous chapter, we found that Hana was not able to share her plans to go abroad with Ashito, and with her complicated feelings towards Ashito, she decided to visit her father’s grave in Ehime, where she accidentally met Ashito.
The two of them decide to go to a restaurant to talk. Ashito offers Hana his bread, but Hana tells him that they can’t eat bread after sitting down at a restaurant. Even after Hana’s disapproval, Ashito starts eating his bread, Ashito gets annoyed, but Hana takes the initiative to begin their conversation.
She asks him how he feels after coming to Ehime after so long. Ashito tells her that he has not kicked a ball since he came back, and he does nothing all day. He also tells her that he received a call from Eisaku, who told her that coach Fukuda and Hana are in Ehime, so he should wait around his place so he can show around his hometown to the two of them.
He was just aimlessly walking around to cool his head, but he did not think that he would meet her there. Hana asks him why he was cooling his head, then the waiter comes to take their order, and Hana orders soft serve Ashito asks her why she is ordering ice cream when it’s so cold she should have bread instead.
Hana figures out that Ashito might be feeling down and asks him if that’s the case since he has not kicked a ball, but since he was able to visit his hometown after a long time, she thought he would be happy to see his friends after so long.
She tells him about her meeting with Shun, and he has also joined Ehime Youth so Ashito can practice with him. Ashito tells her that even though it’s been 3 days since he came to Ehime, he has not seen Shun much because he leaves early in the morning for practice and comes home late, exhausted, so they have not talked about meeting his friends. He tells her that they would not have anything to talk about anyway.
