All Hail Lady Blanche or The Villainess is Worshipped By The Mafia? is seemingly a fantasy romance manhwa series that revolves around Blanche, the twin sister of Mariette. Blanche is from a wealthy family. However, they are all abusive toward her because she is a physically disabled person, so when the count requests to marry Mariette, the whole family decides to send Blanche in place of her because Mariette believes she is destined to be a princess and cannot marry just any count. Blanche obviously disagrees as this is against her wishes, so she threatens to commit suicide, and when no one stops her, she jumps off the high building.
Blanche, however, does not die. She reopens her eyes to a world where she is now in an RPG called “Adoring Anastasia,” which is a game made wholly for the main heroine, Anastasia, while Blanche is just the sister of one of the love interests, Pierre. She is just a side character made solely for his backstory. The timid and meek Blanche before the suicide does not exist anymore now. She wants to complete her purpose and do things her own way. In this RPG world, Blanche can tell what other characters are thinking and can detect things without knowing the secret behind them. With the help of this ability, she is now supposed to involve herself with the key figure of the secret ending, the key figure being the villain of the game, Riccardo Giotto. For an unimportant side character like her to survive, she must do this.
The series’ original creator is Eun Na-Mok, and it’s now written by SJK (SOYMEDIA). It was first published by NHN in the March of 2022.
Chapter 26 Recap
In the previous Chapter 26, the beginning shows that Blanche and Riccardo discover that Giacomo’s key is fake. The fake key concentrates power on Don Juan’s treasure door, so the treasure protection power also increases, so when they make a false attempt, a theft alarm rings. Riccardo states that high-class security magic like this requires an expensive magic stone and that Count Juan is much richer than he seems to be. Then Blanche proceeds to kick a hole in the wall, which leads the duo straight to the treasure.
Suddenly, another warning appears stating that the treasure of Don Juan has co-owners and it will give 40 minutes before the imperial knights activate teleport magic. Blanche discovers the military document and the Lantana kingdom map. She wonders if the Ramzier empire and the Lupine Kingdom have an alliance. Then they take their leave after Blanche collects all the treasure into her game inventory.
The next panel shows Blanche’s father discovering that all of Count Juan’s treasure has disappeared. He is informed that there are rumors that believe that he was killed by a man named Viscount Anuk, who was from the Ramzier empire.
Meanwhile, Mariette is seen trying to convince Viscount Anuk to take her for marriage after he kills Count Juan. She thinks that because of her beauty, Anuk will surely agree instantly. However, he refers to her worth as a prostitute’s worth, and before things escalate, Mariette’s father steps in. Anuk lets him know that he’s actually pushing for a debt because the treasure that she stole from the earl’s trove was mostly his. However, it was Blanche who had stolen the treasure.
The chapter ends with Riccardo and Blanche riding off on a horse to somewhere as both share a romantic moment.
