Ai Long Nai Episode 5 Recap
Nhai and Ai were spending time with their friends when Jida enters and gives a snack packet to Ai. He was caught a bit off guard, and we can see Nhai was getting a bit jealous.
Meanwhile, Jida held some feelings for Ai. Though her friends wanted her to confront him directly regarding this, Jida was a bit reculant, maybe because Nhai already had his feelings for someone else.
Intra, Ton, and Nine were teasing Nhai, and he seemed to be a bit displeased with Ai (well, partial truth). However, when Ai offered Nhai a treat at a BBQ restaurant, he agreed to go with him (after all who would want to miss such an amazing treat).
Later that evening, as Nhai and Ai headed toward the restaurant, they had something to discuss. Ai wanted Nhai to keep him a bit updated regarding his whereabouts. Though he wasn’t angry, it’s just the expectations he had. The way Ai handles Nhai is just straightway adorable. Their personalities are quite different, however, Ai takes care of him like an older person.
Meanwhile, Chon came to the same place where Ai and his friends went. He tried to hide from Ton the entire time, be it sitting at a farther table or while taking food.
On the other hand, a random call made Ai a bit anxious and though Nhai won’t show it, he was wondering who called him during such hours.
We previously saw how Ai took Nhai,’s yellow duck and fixed it. It was a cute moment that he even noticed such details regarding Nhai.
The food was a bit spicy, Nhai accidentally drank liquor thinking it was water. Now, we all know that Nhai is not a good drinker. Then what awaits us? No point in guessing, some extremely chaotic moments, and maybe something romantic as well.

Without a doubt, Nhai shares feelings for Ai. However, he doesn’t make it obvious. In his drunken state, Nhai told that making the first move is a bit embarrassing for him. It was always Ai who initiates, however even though Nhai loves him, he keeps it a bit low.
The moment of silence where we all thought that maybe now Nhai will confess, however nothing like that happened.
He hurried to the washroom to puke and then doze off to bed. The next day, at the field he wanted to have a bit of conversation with Ai regarding the matter, however, saw that Jida came to meet him. He thought that now maybe he will talk to Jida ( well, you got it wrong Nhai, his eyes only search for you). Nhai got a bit hurt and there he was, Ai, just right beside him, just like always.
