A Galaxy Next Door started to air on the platforms on April 8th. The anime is directly being adapted by Asahi Production from the manga of the same name written by Gido Amagakure. Ryuichi Kimura directs the anime, and the character designs are looked after by Fuyuka Ōtaki.

The actors are Yu Wakui as Shiori Goshiki, Taku Yashiro as Ichiro Kuga, Rina Endo as Machi Kuga, Tomokazu Sugita as Masahiro Gokoku, Hikasa Yoko as Momoka Gokoku, Maria Naganawa as Fumio Kuga, and Rie Takahashi as Ibusuki Chihiro.
On Thursday, Crunchyroll made the announcement for the dub of A Galaxy Next Door, which is to be released on Saturday. The cast members have also been revealed, and one can see some known voice artists in the cast list as follows – Katelyn Barr as Shiori, Nazeeh Tarsha as Ichiro, Meg McClain as Chihiro, Kelsey Maher as Machi, Emily Fajardo as Fumio, Jack Reeder as Morikuni, Natalie Van Sistine as Miyako, Bruce DuBose as Takeru, and Laurie Steele as Aya.
The voice direction is done by Jonathan Rigg, along with Jeremy Woods as the ADR engineer, Gino Palencia as the mixer, and Hayden Daviau as the scriptwriter. The anime has caught the eye of many people, and due to its increasing popularity, the dub is being released as soon as possible. Crunchyroll announced the release date alongside the news of the upcoming dub. The first episode of the dub is to be released on April 22nd, which is a Saturday.
