Muse no Shinzui Chapter 2 will see the new life for Miyuu after she escapes from her mother’s clutches. But it is not just her mother she freed herself from, and she has lived her whole life feeling fake and shallow. It was not a decision she took on a whim, and she had been trying hard to suppress the feeling of being genuine for a long time. But you can’t suppress instinct as they always find ways to make themselves known. In Miyuu’s case, it was thanks to a guy from her office who made her realize she had nothing to offer and that her attempt to live as her mother demands would lead her nowhere.
Miyuu wanted to talk out her feelings for once, and the one that could have offered her that reproach would have been Nabeshima. But it was he that acted as a mirror to herself and pushed her to confront her mother over her life. And when she gets home and quarrels with her mother, where she learns how her mother sees her. This was the final push she needed to run from her house, her mother, and her life. She packed all her stuff and left home to find better opportunities in life.

She doesn’t have money, doesn’t even have shoes, or know anyone that can help her in life. But even if she did, none of them would have helped her in her pursuit of art as all her colleagues were technical. But the biggest concern she has right now is getting a roof over her head.
Miyuu will make friends with someone in the new chapter and will get closer to her through the mean she knows the best, art. In return, she will learn a few things about how to get herself a house that would help provide her with shelter and such things. Though the pricing of the apartment will be problematic for her in the beginning, she will be able to manage in the end. And when she decided to paint again, her mother almost tore off her canvas. But this time, Miyuu didn’t give in and decided that she had had enough of this life and ran away to find purpose in her life.
