We’ve all played with Legos when we were young, making buildings, houses, and more, but the show LEGO Masters takes things to another level. The contestants of the show make some of the most astonishing builds ever seen in such a competition. Hosted and executively produced by Will Arnett, the famous actor, and comedian, this show is filled with fun and excitement. Along with Will, Amy Corbett and Jamie Berard also judge all the models.
The show was first seen on February 5th, 2020, and the winners of season 1 include the pair Tyler and Amy Clites. Seeing the show be a huge hit on the platform, the producers decided to continue airing new seasons each year. The recent season was announced back in December 2021 and started airing in September of this year. Lego Masters was back with its usual judges but with much more interesting and fun challenges scheduled for the contestants.
Lego Masters uses around 300 million Legos, so these contestants have a wide range of structures they could build using their creativity. The show is currently filmed in Los Angeles, and the winner of the competition would receive the title of Lego Master along with the hefty cash prize of $100,000.
After 10 episodes, the remaining pairs of Lego Masters Season 3 were Dave & Emily, Brendan & Greg, Nick & Stacy, Austin & Justin, Steven & Steven, and finally, Emily & Liam. The young and skilled pair, Ethan & Dom, and Austin & Justin, were eliminated in the previous episodes.
Lego Masters Season 3 Episode 10: Recap
In the 10th episode of Lego Masters season 3, titled “Marvel Masters,” we see Will announcing an interesting challenge. The contestants had to make models that would represent a scene from a Marvel movie. They are given a selection of scenes from the movies:
- Shang-Chi and The Legend Of The Ten Rings
- Thor: Ragnarok
- Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness
- Guardians of The Galaxy
- Captain Marvel
They are also allotted 12 hours and free will to choose the movie they’d like themselves. Brendan & Greg, who had performed well in the earlier competition, had to make a set from the Thor movie, while the winners of the last episode, Dave & Emily, had gotten Guardians of the Galaxy as their theme. Emily & Liam get the Captain Marvel scene, and along with Nick & Stacey (Shang-Chi), they fail to complete the model on time.
Due to their Lego models being unfinished by the timer ends, these two pairs are put in the bottom. The best-forming teams were Stephen & Stephen and Dave & Emily. Stephen & Stephen, who had gotten the Doctor strange themed topic, won the challenge of this episode.
Brendan & Greg are safe from elimination. The team that sadly had to go home this episode was the mother and son duo, Emily and Liam. This caused many viewers’ dissatisfaction since Stacy & Nick have not been doing well for a while, yet Emily & Liam, who just had one bad Lego day, were eliminated.
Now the remaining teams are Brendan & Greg, Stephen & Stephen, Emily & Dave, and finally, Nick & Stacey. With only four teams remaining, Season 3 of Lego masters is soon approaching the finals.
