Renovation Island shows the daily life of the Baeumler family. Bryan Baeumler, a builder, and Sarah Baeumler, an architect, are married and working on this never-ending project. As Renovation Isle premiered in 2019, viewers liked witnessing how the Baeumler Couple transformed a dilapidated hotel that had existed for fifty years into an opulent resort. The abandoned Emerald Palms lodging was transformed into the Caerula Mar Hotel.
The pair just moved to the Bahamas’ San Andros Tropical Island, intending to transform a relatively run-down 10-acre property into an exquisite Caribbean resort. The two are from Oakville, a city in Canada. Following the popularity of their DIY projects on the Canadian television program, they were already well-known, but their hotel business compelled them to move to San Andros Island, wherein the hotel is situated.
Since maintaining a property while balancing home improvements, family duties, and other commitments is no joke, and this season is certain to be action-packed. If you are genuinely interested in house repairs or you are only watching for fun, you are going to be surprised.

Renovation Island Season 3 Plot
Bryan and Sarah competed against time in Season 1 of “Renovation Island” to finish the work before it was too late, open the resort to visitors, and start seeing a return on their enormous $10 million investment.
Although the Baeumlers eventually succeeded in welcoming visitors to their resort, their happiness was fleeting as they soon had to close down their business once more owing to the global epidemic.
The Baeumlers wife’s history managing the upscale Caerula Mar resort during the epidemic was, therefore, a major theme of Season 2. If you believed that after all the difficulties and problems the Baeumler family has faced, season 3 of “Renovation Island” would finally show them reaping the rewards of their effort, you couldn’t have been more mistaken.
In Season 3, Bryan and Sarah Baeumler’s aging Florida house undergoes a significant repair. They have to manage a whole-home restoration while simultaneously raising their four children and operating the Caerula Mar Club, a resort in the Bahamas. The Baeumlers eventually settle in their new place in the premiere after spending months residing out of their luggage before starting renovations.
In addition, they fly to South Andros Island to take care of several hotel repairs, including improvements to the signpost and the boat dock. Bryan & Sarah are putting in even more effort during the third season of Renovation Island to keep everything under control as they complete their house and look for opportunities to spend quality time with their family.
