The famous and one of the most loved shows, Dancing With The Stars, is back, and it’s rather different this year. The American dance competition TV series that was initially aired on ABC has now officially moved to Disney+. ICYMI, the show will no longer be available on any other streaming services.
Since the show is streaming exclusively on Disney+ only, DWTS will no longer be available on ABC [site/app] and Hulu. If you missed the news, then you can start streaming the show now. DWTS Season 31 has aired five episodes to date, and fans are quite eager to see what’s coming next.

The celebrity and professional pair of dancers for this season are Daniella Karagach & Joseph Baena, Daniel Durant & Britt Stewart, Selma Blair & Sasha Farber, Wayne Brady & Witney Carson, Sam Champion & Cheryl Burke, Jason Lewis & Peta Murgatroyd, Charli D’Amelio & Mark Ballas, Jordin Sparks & Brandon Armstrong, Heidi D’Amelio & Artem Chigvintsev, Jessie James Decker & Alan Bersten, Trevor Donovan & Emma Slater, Shangela & Gleb Savchenko, Teresa Giudice & Pasha Pashkov, Vinny Guadagnino & Koko Iwasaki, Ganny Windey & Val Chmerkovskiy and Cheryl Ladd & Louis Van Amstel.
The judges, Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, Derek Hough, and Carrie Ann Inaba, will be seen in DWTS Season 31. Along with them, the cast members included this season are Selma Blair, Wayne Brady, Jordin Sparks, and Shangela.
Dancing With The Stars Season 31 Episode 6: Format
In the first episode, sixteen celebrities in total get to perform live. Each couple gets a chance to perform and compete with the other pairs. The judges give the pairs points, and the audience also gets to vote for their favorite pair of dancers. Voting begins as soon as the episode starts and closes exactly ten minutes before the episode ends.
An individual can vote up to ten times via text and ten times online, so that makes it twenty votes. But, the couple that receives the lowest scores, a combined total of judge’s points and audience votes, gets eliminated. Elimination takes place until only the champion pair remains.
This latest season of DWTS aired first on 19th September 2022. The season will end on 21st November. Dancing With The Stars Season 31 is speculated to feature merely ten episodes. Although the season began only a few weeks ago, the announcement regarding the change was announced earlier this year.
On 8th April 2022, there was the official announcement that DWTS would be moving from ABC to Disney+. Four pairs have already bid us goodbye starting with Jason Lewis and Peta Murgatroyd, who was placed 16th in the first week. Next up were Teresa Giudice and Pasha Pashkov, who got the least votes in the second week.
The tie-in votes to save the pair was a tough decision, but at last, the pair got eliminated too. In the third week, Cheryl Ladd and Louis Van Amstel were eliminated. Despite their improvement, they still landed at the bottom, leaving the show since the judges didn’t save them. Recently, we saw Sam Champion and Cheryl Burke leave the show.

Sadly, the pair was placed in the bottom two for the second time forcing the judges to save Donovan. Dancing With The Stars Season 31 Episode 6 will release on 24th October 2022, Monday.
