Crocodile’s bounty has been revealed in One Piece Chapter 1058. The aforementioned One Piece Chapter was one of the most informative chapters in the series recently, which highlighted many things from the New World and how Cross Guild, a new organization opposing the world government, came to be. It was clear in One Piece Chapter 1058 that it was Sir Crocodile who was the real founder of the Cross Guild Organization. Whereas Buggy is recognized as the leader of the cross guild by the world government because his photo was in the middle of the Cross Guild poster.
How did Buggy’s photo come to be in the middle of the poster of the Cross Guild? Well, because he is in charge of the advertisement for the organization. All that said, after the demolishment of the warlord system, Crocodile went back to being an enemy of the pirate and formed a new organization with another former warlord of the seas and the strongest Swordsman in the world, Dracula Mihawk. Crocodile has been the warlord of the seas for one of the longest time. His first bounty that was revealed at the start of the series was only 80,000,000 Berries which was the second lowest bounties among the seven warlords at that time and Boa Hancock had the lowest. However, as mentioned earlier, his bounty would have been outdated because he has been the warlord of the seas for a very long time and was recognized by the world government as the strongest since way before.
After he escaped from the Impel down and following the incidents in the Marineford arc, Crocodile has grown even stronger post-time skip and has been given a new bounty by the world government. Crocodile’s New Bounty is 1,965,000,000 Berries, and now he is recognized as one of the major threats against the world government. His new bounty places him as the 12th highest bounty revealed up to now behind Marshall D Teach with a bounty of 2,247,600,000 Berries.
Now that Crocodile is among the top bounty holders and an important figure of a new organization, they are going to have their part in the final saga of the One Piece.
