Plot – The Most Cost-Effective Lawyer
Previously, the leading actors Namkoong Min and Kim Ji Eun had acted as NIS agents and worked as a team in MBC’s The Veil kdrama. However, in One Dollar Lawyer Season 1, they will act as contenders! The drama follows a lawyer with an unusual style and perm hairstyle, Cheon Ji Hoon. Cheon Ji Hoon is one of the most competent lawyers, but he charges only 1,000 Won (about $1) as his attorney fee.
Meanwhile, Baek Ma Ri is known as a royal prosecutor. She is the last presenter of the Judicial Research and Training Institution, where she works as a prosecutor’s assistant. Baek Ma Ri is confident and possesses high self-esteem. She comes from a royal legal background as her grandfather Baek Hyun Moo is the founder of the famous Baek Law Firm. Thus later, she works at her grandfather’s law firm as a lawyer. Everything in Baek Ma Ri’s life goes smoothly; until her life gets tangled with Cheon Ji Hoon.
