The Boys Season 3 Episode 6 will be LEGEND… wait for it … DARY, Legendary. Because it’s “Herogasm” time, and I’ve been waiting for this for almost 2 years since I read it in the comics, there was a lot of “Fun Stuff” in it and I’ll talk about it a bit more in the further section. But besides that episode 5 has left us with a lot of things that are going to take place in the next episode. There are also a few questions like will Soldier Boy help The Boys to stop Homelander or will he be a bigger problem than Homelander.
Some of my predictions from The Boys Season 3 Episode 5 Spoilers article did come true. Like Soldier Boy joining/helping The Boys to stop Homelander, but I was wondering about what MM would do, well Butcher took care of him didn’t he. I also talked about how Queen Maeve *SPOILER ALERT* would be killed by Homelander as she did in the comics, but she was just captured by Homelander and Black Noir in this episode. I thought Soldier Boy would team up will his old superhero group Payback, but it was revealed that all of his teammates hated him and were the ones who got him captured by the Russians.
Episode 5 Recap
Before diving into The Boys Season 3 Episode 6, let’s quickly do a recap of the previous Episode. Episode 5 starts with The Boys coming back from Russia and Kimiko is admitted to the hospital with Frenchie taking care of him. MM was angry with Butcher and Hughie for taking V24 but then he joined back to track down Soldier Boy. Soldier Boy got some clothes and somehow flew back to America. He then accidentally went out of control and blew up a whole building. The whole city started to panic as they thought it was the arrival of a new supervillain.
After seeing the blown-up building Butcher, Hughie and MM paid a visit to Legend, a former Vought executive. He told them that Soldier Boys was heading toward his former GF/ teammates Crimson Countess. The Boys got to her first and offered her to Soldier Boy for working with them. Soldier Boy kills Crimson Countess because she was the one who got him captured by the Russians as she and their teammates hated him. Soldier Boy decides to work with Butcher, but Starlight stops Hughie to join them but he joins them anyway.
On the Vought side of the story, Homelander is on top of everyone and everyone seems to be kissing his a**, as he’s the boss now, and if you don’t then you’ll get killed. Homelander makes some changes in Vought’s Organization, assigning Deep as the head of the Security department even though he doesn’t know shit and just speaks the words that have been put into his mouth. A-Train’s brother was severely injured by Blue Hawk during the apology session. Now we will discuss when will Episode 6 of The Boys Season 3 will release and what will happen in it.
The Boys Season 3 Episode 6 Release Date & Preview
The Boys Season 3 Episode 6 will release on 24 June 2022 on Amazon Prime. This episode is titled “Herogasm”. Let me throw some comic details on you. So in comics, Herogasm was an event where the common public was told that a large number of Superheros were going on a great space mission to save the earth, but instead, all the Superheroes used to gather around at a secret location and have a “Superhero Orgy”. Sounds strange right but it’s The Boys everything is strange over here. I’d love to how will the show makes present it.
But I don’t think it would take a majority time of the episode. Because of the things that have happened in episode 5, they’ll need to continue those storylines. Like Soldier Boy teaming up with Butcher and Hughie, they’ll need to plan how to stop Homelander, and will Soldier Boy agree to the plan. Starlight needs to decide if she would join Hughie and Butcher’s plan or if she’ll make her own plans. A-Train needs to figure things out about his current position in the Seven and whose side he should take. Then there’s Nina’s dirty assignment that Frenchie needs to do. And have Homelander and Black Noir done with Queen Maeve. So Herogasm event will be a part of the episode but won’t be a major part.
