Based on the web novel by Lee Jung, ‘Positively Yours’ is one of the most interesting webtoons out there. Released in 2020, the webtoon has gathered over a million readers. With the trend of webtoon adaptations taking over the k-drama market, fans have been hoping that their favorite ‘Positively Yours’ catches the eye of some production house and has a good cast, and gets a live-action based on it. Since late 2021, the rumors about ‘Positively Yours’ becoming a k-drama adaptation have been going around on the internet and among fans.
The story of ‘Positively Yours’ follows a girl named Hee Won. Being a normal girl in the normal world, Hee Won’s love life had been giving her a hard time. It took the last straw when she got to know that her best friend and crush had started dating. Sick of everything, Hee Won decides to let things go for a while and ends up having a one-night stand with a handsome stranger. While they both thought they wouldn’t be seeing each other again, with Hee Won getting pregnant, things took an interesting turn. With Do Joon ready to marry her for the sake of the kid, both Hee Won and the father have a lot of decisions to make.
‘Positively Yours’ Cast: Is The K-drama Really Starring A-Listers?
A lot of rumors have been going around about the alleged cast of the possible k-drama ‘Positively Yours’. According to the social media, ‘Legend of the Blue Sea’ fame Lee Min Ho is all set to play the handsome stranger Do Joon, aka the male lead. While ‘Start Up’ fame Bae Suzy is all set to play Hee Won, aka the female lead in ‘Positively Yours’. No lie, the pair looks amazing together and would make one dreamy couple. But there’s no true value to the rumors as of now. No official confirmation about the webtoon ‘Positively Yours’ getting a TV adaptation has been confirmed till now. So the cast members haven’t been selected either.
