About Skeleton Knight in Another World
The Japanese Light Novel Series Skeleton Knight in Another World or Gaikotsu Kishi-Sama, Tadaima Isekai e Odekakechuu is written by Ennki Hakari and illustrated by KeG. The series began its serialization online in October 2014. It was published on the user-generated novel publishing website Shousetsuka ni Narou. Overlap later acquired the series in June 2015, and it has been made into 10 volumes. A manga adaptation for the series in working with Akira Sawano since February 2017, and as of now it has nine volumes of the manga.
The anime adaptation of the series was announced in April 2021. Hornets and Studio Kai are producing the anime, and Katsumi Ono is directing the series under the same name. The anime began airing on April 7, 2022. And as of writing this article, there are 6 episodes of Skeleton Knight in Another World that have already aired. Plot of Gaikotsu Kishi-Sama, Tadaima Isekai e Odekakechuu
As the basic plot for Isekai anime goes, Arc, the protagonist, finds himself in the game that he was playing before sleeping. After seeing his reflection in the water, he realizes he has the same appearance as the character he was playing, a skeleton night. With no idea to go anywhere, he decides to find the inhabitants of this new world. However, he finds a group of bandits and decides to follow them. Upon seeing that the group of bandits is about to abuse two women, Arc interferes and saves the two women.
It turned out as one of the women is a noblewoman named Lauren, and the other is her maid named Rita Farren. Arc decides to escort the two beautiful women back to their town known as Rubierute. Upon arriving at the town, he realizes that there is no way to go back home, and his new life filled with conflict and adventure begins.
