Who Will Be The Cover Boxer For ESBC?
The developers were proud to announce that Canelo Álvarez will be the cover boxer for this upcoming title. He’s the first boxer in recorded history to become the undisputed champion in the super middleweight category. He has held the WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO titles since 2021. Moreover, his statistics are impressive, with 61 fights, 57 wins, 39 knockouts, 2 losses, and 2 draws.
What Modes Does ESBC Have?
ESBC will have a long in-depth career mode. And after launch, the developers will launch a full-story mode that will allow players to develop story-like gameplay. Additionally, you can create your own fighter with lots of details.
What Will ESBC Gameplay Be Like?
The devs claim that the gameplay will be very immersive, with more than sixty types of punches and different areas to land them all over the body. Thus, making damaged areas more susceptible than others. Unlike other boxing games, this title will pay close attention to recreating boxing fighting styles as realistically as possible.
This means that there will be blood. You can manage your corner cutman and your management team during the round breaks and have a full grasp control of the details surrounding the match. As for the multiplayer aspects, there will be an online ranking ladder and exhibition fights. Also, the game will partner with the WBC and Ring Magazine for official tournaments that will let players win a real-life championship belt! How cool is that?
Is The Game Licensed?
ESBC will feature seven licensed championship titles. Moreover, this includes those titles that are under the government of what World Boxing Congress, the International Boxing Federation, and the British Boxing Board of Control. Moreover, the game will also have real boxing brands like Reyes, Empire Pro Tape, and others.
There are over 100 boxers to choose from, and the game promises to be ultra-realistic with great venues to play at. They haven’t released the list yet, but we should expect venues like Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Madison Square Garden in New York City, and Wembley Arena in London.
On Which Platforms Is ESBC Releasing?
ESBC will release on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox S|X, and the PC. The game will have early access via Steam.

ESBC Release Date
There’s no official release date for ESBC. Still, all signs point that the game could release sometime later this year.
