A special anime is on its way for fans of isekai anime. It is titled What God Does in a World Without Gods, which is also known as Kamisama Activities in a Godless World. Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudou manga was first published by Aoi Akashiro and Sonsho Hangollenan in Hero magazine in May 2019. The manga’s fifth volume will arrive in Japan on April 27, 2022. During the manga’s story, Yukito’s parents are the leaders of a cult. As a result of his sacrifices, Yukito gets reincarnated into a different world, where religion no longer exists, and pornographic books are as ordinary as a child’s drawings. The creature discovers he is also living in a world where life and death are determined by the government. As he and his friend prevent his friend from being executed, they lose their lives. But just then, the god of his religion rescues them and brings them back to life.
Akashiro and Hangetsuban publish the manga in five compiled books starting on Wednesday after it was first published in April 2019 in Hero’s Inc.’s Monthly Hero’s magazine. Ashiro has written and supervised scripts for several anime series. Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudō Isekai Manga Gets TV Anime
Heroes Inc. announced on Tuesday that Aoi Akashiro and Sonshō Hangetsuban’s manga Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudō (What God Does in a World Without Gods) would be adapted into an anime. The anime’s teaser visual was released with seven variations showing Yukito with different expressions posed with Mitam on his shoulder.
The series revolves around Yukito, the heir to the mysterious goddess Mitama. After accidentally killing himself during a ritual to become the next leader, he wakes up in an alternate world where religion and fear of death don’t exist – something he finds ideal until Mitama calls for followers to regain the omnipotent powers she once had.
Further information about the anime, such as staff members, cast members, and release date, is yet to be disclosed.
