Better Call Saul Season 6 Episode 2 Recap
The second episode of Better Call Saul Season 6 sees Jimmy and Kim continuing on their quest to take down Howard Hamlin through smaller cases. This leads them back to Kettlemans. Jimmy pays a visit to them. While Craig is welcoming at the same time Betsy is a little stubborn.
Jimmy believes he can help them get back to their old life. All they had to do was sign on paper. Then Jimmy told them that Craig didn’t receive the help he needed because Howard was on drugs. Despite the revelation, Betsy is still opting to take help from someone else on this case.
So, this leads Betsy to Clifford who denies Howard using drugs. Despite watching the drugs planted by Jimmy in his locker. Eventually, a further investigation results in Kettlemans finding out that Jimmy is lying and is using them to take down Howard.
When they decided not to help and cry about the way their life was, Kim decides to go all out by threatening them to expose the scam they are running. Kim asks them to pay back to every person they have ripped off and forget the name, Howard Hamlin. The arc closes with someone keeping an eye on our duo or the Kettlemans in a black car.
Coming to Nacho now, every second he spends in the motel is full of tension. Even a knock at a door for food manages to scare him. This even sees him trying to interrogate an innocent man who is someone he shouldn’t worry about. Eventually, his fear becomes reality with Salamanca cousins making their way to the motel he is staying at. One of them challenges him which leads Nacho to drive the car right between them. Thus managing to escape for now.

Better Call Saul Season 6 Episode 2 Review
Starting off with Kim and Jimmy, as we said for Episode 1, things have pretty much shifted. Kim is the badass now who is calling shots for sure. She is going all out and so invested in taking Hamlin down, we hope this doesn’t go the other way around for her. Especially since we don’t know Kim’s fate yet. This could be the beginning of it.
Kim aside, Jimmy’s interaction with the Kettlemans was probably the funniest moment we had in the episode. Also having Kettlemans back was good, apart from bringing back the memories from season 1, they add some new flavor here. Kim exposing them was a moment die-hard fans will remember as the show is coming to a close.
Talking about Nacho, the tension around him kept rising as he was on run from Salamancas. The fate he was worried about did come true after all. The Salamancas came for him and he was not able to escape.
Well, we didn’t escape Nacho to still go all out. Especially after watching him so scared of Salamancas. After all, he knows the wrath they can bring upon him. All we know for now is that he crashed his car. Did Nacho really escape or not is a question for the next episode.
