Since 2020, we have been waiting for this game, but it’s 2022, and we do not have even a clue about the game’s story and characters. But if we look sincerely, we can find something from the trailer. The trailer itself suggests that it has gone through perfectionism. Let us discuss this in a little bit of detail.
If we talk about graphics, environment, and gameplay, they are just outstanding. Watching the trailer, we knew at the moment that we are going to get something different in this game. The hero of this RPG single-player game is our favorite son Wukong. He is an ape monkey King. In the trailer, we saw a man. He was telling three different types of stories related to Wukong.
In the first variation of the story, we heard that Wukong helped Tang Sang in acquiring the sacred Buddhist Sutras. After this, he became the Victorious Fighting Buddha and started spending his life in Buddhahood.
In the second variation of the story, it was told that Wukung never received the Buddhahood. This means that he never became the Victorius Fighting Buddha and died during his journey toward the west.
In the last variation of the story, the same voice told the third possibility. According to him, there is no such thing as Journey to the West, and the Monkey king is just a fictional character.
Final Story of Wukong
At last, the same person who was telling all this said now, he is going to tell a story which is different from all the previous ones. But what we realized is that the person who was telling all this resembled Wukong. His personality and sitting style gave a clue that he might be the Monkey King Wukong and telling his own story.
The person said that the story started with a golden cicada. This cicada took us to the jungle, where we saw a wolf creature. This creature, after absorbing all the spiritual energy around him, can convert his daemon into half-human and half-wolf form.
After traveling some distance in the forest, we got to see that the cicada was none other than Wukong itself. There he defeated one of his enemies. After a while, we saw a wolf trainer, he defeated him also. In the end, we got to know that Bear Beast and wolf Beast were the enemies of Wukong.
