A brand-new episode of Ghosts is coming to CBS in just a few days, and fans can look forward to an exciting and fun-filled adventure. This upcoming episode focuses on Flower, and CBS has shared three entertaining sneak peeks ahead of the premiere.
The episode is titled “It’s the End of the World as We Know It and What Were We Talking About?” and marks the twelfth episode of Ghosts Season 4. Jay is about to fulfill his dream of opening a restaurant on the property, but Flower might stand in his way.
The episode’s story reveals that Flower, who was once a hippie and a former cult member, begins to panic when she realizes something shocking. The restaurant’s grand opening happens to fall on the same day her cult leader once predicted the world would end. This revelation leads Flower to take action, bringing unexpected twists to the story.
The first sneak peek introduces Jay as he gathers his new restaurant staff. The team includes fresh faces who seem to take inspiration from both the resident ghosts and the chefs from The Bear.
Jay, played by Utkarsh Ambudkar, proudly announces the opening date, which is the same day the episode airs in real life. When Flower hears the date, she immediately recognizes it as the doomsday prediction from her past.
In the second clip, Trevor, played by Asher Grodman, enjoys his role as Isaac’s money manager and decides who gets a seat at the exclusive ghost table on opening night. Hetty, played by Rebecca Wisocky, believes she deserves a spot at the table without having to beg.
However, Trevor refuses to give her a place, making sure she is completely left out. This situation amusingly mirrors an earlier moment in the show when Hetty once refused to let Trevor attend an elegant dinner party at Woodstone. Now, the power dynamics have shifted, and Trevor seems to enjoy the turn of events.
The third sneak peek focuses on Hetty’s attempt to get back into the event. She comes up with a clever trick to take Isaac’s place at the table. However, it remains unclear whether her plan will succeed or if Trevor will block her again. Fans will have to watch the episode on Thursday to see how things unfold.
Rose McIver Steps into the Director’s Role Soon
After this episode, series star Rose McIver will take on an exciting new challenge by directing an episode for the first time. The upcoming episode, titled “Ghostfellas,” will focus on Pete, played by Richie Moriarty. In this story, Jay lands in serious trouble with a local restaurant owner after using one of Pete’s recipes on his menu.
Rebecca Wisocky, who plays Hetty, recently spoke to Collider and shared her excitement about McIver’s directorial debut. She said, “Well, I love Rose McIver. I think she’s a wonderful, generous leader. She got to direct an episode this season, and she just crushed it. She did an amazing job. It’s going to be such a good episode.”
Fans can watch the new episode of Ghosts on CBS this Thursday at 5:30 PM ET. Previous episodes are available for streaming on Paramount+.
