Sai De Silva from Real Housewives of New York recently spoke about her ongoing issues with Brynn Whitfield. She made it clear that she has no plans to repair their friendship anytime soon.
During an “Ask Away” session on her Instagram Story, RealityBlurb shared that Sai answered fans’ questions about her relationship with Brynn. When asked if they are still friends, Sai responded, “We haven’t seen one another outside the show since 2023.”
A fan then asked where she stands with Brynn. Sai made it clear that she can only speak for herself by saying, “I can only speak for myself but I’m standing on business.” Her words strongly suggest that she has no plans to rebuild their friendship.
Although Sai and Brynn are not on good terms, Sai still shows kindness towards Brynn during the RHONY Season 15 finale. Brynn had felt cornered in that episode, and Sai apologized to her.
When a fan asked, “Why did you end up apologizing to Brynn?” Sai explained her reasons. She said, “To clarify, I was showing compassion and apologizing for the SA trauma she experienced. I truly hope she focuses on her mental well-being.” This shows that even though their friendship has ended, Sai still wishes the best for Brynn’s emotional health.

Even though Sai and Brynn are no longer close, this has not affected Sai’s friendships with her other co-stars from Real Housewives of New York City. Sai continues to have strong connections with them.
During the same Instagram Q&A session, Sai shared that she and Jessel Taank are on good terms. She also said they recently went out together. In addition, she mentioned that she frequently spends time with Ubah Hassan when the cameras are not rolling.
Sai also supports Erin Lichy, who is currently expecting a baby. This shows that she values her friendships with the rest of the RHONY cast.
Sai Clears Up Rumors About Her Home and Rebecca Minkoff’s Exit
Apart from discussing her friendships, Sai also addressed a few rumors. She confirmed that she still lives in Brooklyn while also owning a home upstate.
One fan tried to get a reaction from her about Rebecca Minkoff leaving RHONY by making a playful bet. The fan said they would give her $100 if she answered the question. Sai responded with humor, saying, “I think she should do what she feels is best for her. Do you need my Venmo to send me the funds?”
So far, there has been no confirmation about RHONY Season 16 or when filming will begin. Fans can still watch all 15 seasons of the show on Peacock.
