Haruka will have new responsibilities on his shoulders as Grade Captain and at the top of the class in Wind Breaker Episode 12. The MC has wanted to be on top for a while now, and his goal is to get closer. However, Haruka’s shyness will be a joke because he can’t accept what is given to him with a straight face.
Haruka gained a sudden rise in popular after his bout with Shishitoren, to the point he became a local celebrity. Moreover, Akihiko and Suo were still willing to tag along with him despite his sudden display of power. Suo, as usual, was the one that nudged the plot forward and took care of the things behind the scenes.
Tsugeuro and Kiryu were the two new characters introduced to the series, with the former going to Haruka and his friends by himself. Haruka is still not used to people coming at him and introducing themselves with the prospect of friendship. This is why he is bashful a lot of times in the chapter whenever the two new people show up.
Tsugeuro set himself as the muscle maniac with a big heart, with his gig having a virtue for fighting. It was the first thing he asked Haruka, but he didn’t get a straight answer out of him, or any answer for that matter. However, his virtue was quite the odd one as well, the virtue of letting others shine before he takes the spotlight.
