The new season of anime has begun with a new year. This winter is bringing a lot of variety in animes and while it is about adventures through dungeons or adventure throughout the world, there are none other like the one that will be featured in the upcoming Chained Soldier anime.
Chained Soldier famously known as the Mato Seihei no Slave which roughly translates to Slave of the Magic Capital’s Elite Troops, is going to be one of the very different narratives from what we have seen so far. About Chained Soldier
The upcoming Chained Soldier anime as mentioned earlier is also known as Mato Seihei no Slave which is a Japanese manga written by Takahiro while the manga has been illustrated by Yohei Takamura. The manga series first began its serialization in January 2019 and since its run, the manga has gathered a total of 14 volumes.
The manga is only serialized online through Shuesia’s Jump+ platform. The anime adaptation of the series was first announced way back in 2021 November. The anime is being adapted by the Seven Arcs studio which is known for creating works that are centralized on showcasing female characters as the main driving plot.
Considering their previous works, Seven Arcs is really suitable to make an anime based on the Chained Soldier plot. However, producing an anime with lewd scenes will be a first for the Seven Arcs studio as well. The anime is going to be directed by Goro Kuji who has done some work in the anime industry including directing some Japanese Television series.
The narrative of the series is where things get interesting as it promises a fun adventure for the viewers who are into the lewd and harem genre. Set up in a fantasy world, the planet Earth now has two supernatural forces that come with their own benefits.
While one force is a gate to a newer dimension that summons monsters, the other grants females superpower that allows them to fight the said monster arriving from the gate. Thus, the world government has formed elite troops of girls that fight the monster.
Entering among the girls we have Yuki who has some special powers that boost the powers of the elite troops and thus begins Yuki’s life as a Chained Soldier to sexy female troops.

Release Date And Where to Watch
Chained Soldier Episode 1 will be released on Thursday, January 4th, 2024, at 23:00 hrs Japanese Standard Time. Following are the various times for the same;
- 06:00 hrs Pacific Time on Thursday, January 4th, 2024.
- 08:00 hrs Central Time on Thursday, January 4th, 2024.
- 09:90 hrs Eastern Time on Thursday, January 4th, 2024.
- 19:30 hrs Indian Standard Time on Thursday, January 4th, 2024.
- 01:00 hrs Australian Standard Time on Friday, January 5th, 2024.
Chained Soldier Episode 1 will be premiered through the local Japanese networks including AT-X and other local networks. The former network will air the uncensored version while the others will air the censored version.
Whereas, the new episodes of Chained Soldier will be brought to the fans around the globe through HIDIVE mainly which will also feature the uncensored version of the anime.
