Previously in Esaret, Ali started having chest pain, and he was rushed to hospital. However, after he was taken to the ward for a check-up, Hira told Cihangir to leave the hospital immediately. But Cihangir started giving Hira a hard time by staying stubborn.
After so many heads, Cihangir finally leaves Hira, and from the other side, Orhun comes back. Hira hugs Orhun and starts crying; meanwhile, Orhun comforts her. On the other hand, Neva, who is dying out of curiosity, calls Cihangir and tells her about the whole situation.
After a while, Ali wakes up, and Afife arrives at the hospital. He asks Orhun about his arrival and if he can take him back to the cafe. then suddenly, he asks where Cihangir is. Upon asking Orhun, he reveals that Cihangir was present there. Orhun gets angry after knowing Hira is meeting with Cihangir.
Neva, on the other hand, again tries to make things tough for Hira. When Cihangir is out for a call, she takes his brother’s backup phone and texts Hira from it to create more misunderstandings.
Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Orhun gets sulky after finding out that Cihangir came to see Hira, but she didn’t tell him anything.
