Recap And Review
Toei Animation is at again with the bad pacing of the anime and no matter how amazing this episode was with bringing back the “We Are” song as Luffy revealed his dream there is too much attention to detail in the episode that nobody needs and it eventually results in a bad product.

Rayliegh’s entrance was too much as well. The manga surely did not see his entrance like this at all. In fact, the sequence of the latest episode which saw the end of this incident was done in two pages. Granted that it was filled with information, the episode did too much.
Moving forward, One Piece Episode 1088 then went on to adapt the next chapter of the series which was also titled “Luffy’s Dream” with Luffy’s tantrum about how Sabo would never do something like this and also the straw hats wanting to help Vivi.
Zoro does what he does best and stops the group from making some instant decisions like going to Alabasta or going to Marie Geoise to fight the World Government. This sequence was pretty well-paced with this conversation, the episode then went on to see Luffy revealing his dream, which was again done with some additional flashbacks that we have seen before but still added again.
The sequence wasn’t as bad at all and what went even great with it is the fact that there was a new version of “We Are” added in this sequence. It just gave my heart a feeling that I am glad to watch One Piece anime. Whereas, last but not least, the Revolutionary Army also had quite a long run time as well.
The Sulking part of the Revolutionary members was also extended but it was a good choice to do so and seeing these characters back on screen made One Piece more dynamic.
Release Date And Where To Watch?
One Piece Episode 1089 will be starring with the new arc and it intends to start with a bang where we will be seeing what Sabo has to say to the revolutionary members. There is no title nor a preview available for the next episode yet considering the episode will be released late.

The pacing for this arc is also going to be what we have seen so far in the last two episodes. Nevertheless, this arc is filled with info and we are assuming that it won’t be so bad. However, all of this won’t matter as there is a new One Piece being made by WIT STUDIO.
