Sleeping Ranker Chapter 81 will show what is the conspiracy behind the flocking of monsters to one place. Despite his far-from-superior abilities, he wasn’t able to do much in the last chapter, and that was surprising, to say the least. Our MC is a guy that has Kirito (from Sword Art Online) level of plot armor and yet he wasn’t too strong in the latest chapter.
However, unlike Kirito, the main reason for Hyunsung to be this strong was his special ability. While the former got his skills thanks to his mind and practice, the latter is just a chosen one. He got in a bit of an accident and then later got abilities that put him above everyone else.
And with his new abilities, he was able to rise to the top fast, very fast, so much so that even devs took note of him. And thus begins the journey of overpowered MC number… nobody keeps the count. But will Hyunsung’s journey be any different or will he follow the same route of progression like everyone else?

Sleeping Ranker Chapter 80 had a secret society making plans and discussing executing them in the upcoming chapters. A dark faction with plans to overthrow the big authority and establish themselves as the new big daddies of the world. What horrible things do these mask fiends have in mind that would hurt many nameless people that no one seems to care about?
Their objective is something along the lines of messing with the raid against two monsters that our MC will be partaking in. It is, hard to say, how things will turn out, as the protagonist has no one to rely on. No seriously, at this point of the story, every OP MC has some sort of following but Hyunsung is still a loner.
And to make things worse, he will be fighting two big monsters with strangers! His training in the last few chapters had been to become a Merc and enjoy the opportunities that life brings. Lo and behold, not only does he get that, he figured out a conspiracy with little information. If anything, the last chapter showed he is pretty high on MBTI’s Ti function.

Sleeping Ranker Chapter 81 will have Hyusung dashing to where the monsters are heading and uncovering the big bad conspiracy with no help. The guy who shields him in the last chapter may come to his aid to keep appearances. Though, it would make more sense if he doesn’t get help from him since the odd guy was just doing it for appearance’s sake.
Now, we could see some named characters down the line. But, most of them would be the villains that the MC will be plowing through and later taking them down. It’s nice that manhwa doesn’t follow the defeat of the enemy by training and instead overpowering. However, the drawback is that there aren’t many villains worth remembering in these series; they are all just the same comical evil.
