Let’s start with a little introduction to Nico Robin so you can get a feel for who she is and what she does in the plot. Robin and the Straw Hat gang first cross paths in Arabasta. Although she had the position of vice president of Crocodile’s Medieval Works, she went under the alias “Miss All Sunday” in public. Following the events of the Arabasta arc, she joined the Straw Hat Pirates.
Many renowned historians and archaeologists make their home in the West Blue country of Ohara, and Robin is its last known inhabitant. The Ohara island was ordered to be destroyed through the Buster Call after the international community decided its residents were a threat owing to their familiarity with the void century.
Nico Robin, the only surviving member of the Ohara, is the most wanted man on the planet because he is the only one capable of translating the mysterious Poneglyphs. They even resorted to labeling Robin as the “Demon Child” in an attempt to incite public opinion against her.
However, Robin’s need for knowledge has not been satisfied. The truth is that Robin joined the Straw Hats so that he might learn more about the globe, the Poneglyphs, and the secrets of the Void Century.

Nico Robin’s First Appearance
She’s also unique since she’s one of the few people who joined the group without much hassle. After first being aloof and secretive, she has begun to expose a greater quantity of herself to her new family. Nico Robin has matured much since her Alabasta debut, yet many lovable qualities about her remain the same.
Early descriptions of Nico Robin saw him serving as Crocodile’s right hand inside Baroque Works. During the Alabasta arc, she was the leader of a group of villains that fought against the Straw Hats. Still, she had some redeeming qualities, as seen by the several times she came to Luffy’s aid.
She joined the crew of their ship covertly after Luffy gave her the desire to live anew. The rest of the Straw Hats now look up to her as a leader. The first time Robin played with the Straw Hats, it was clear that she was smart. Her background revealed that she came from a family of thinkers and had amassed a plethora of information via reading and observation.
She is the only character in One Piece with the ability to read the Poneglyphs and is still widely regarded as one of the Straw Hats’ sharpest members. In the heat of battle, she has shown herself to be a smart and strategic thinker. Robin’s patience may be greater than that of the rest of the team, but she still has her breaking point. During the Thriller Bark storyline, she was so embarrassed that she flat-out refused to take part in the Pirates Docking 6: Big Emperor method.
Sanji stepped in to protect Robin after Franky and Usopp tried and failed to convince her to change her mind. Many viewers found it humorous and engaging as Sanji started to have second thoughts about seeing Robin Dock.
Although Robin is most known for her gloomy remarks and observations, she also takes pleasure in more upbeat musings sometimes. One such unexpectedly endearing event happened on Thriller Bark when the Straw Hats first met Bartholomew Kuma.

Nico Robin After Time Skip
Robin returned to the Sabaody Archipelago incognito for reasons that are yet unclear. She wore a long skirt and sunglasses, and her hair was pulled back from her face. She had been seen hiding from her pursuers most recently.
She wondered how much she managed to get away from these pursuers as she studied two posters: one promoting Brook’s concert tour, the other looking for new members for the Fake Straw Hat Crew.
She didn’t seem like she was getting any of the puzzles. Later, when her pursuers eventually caught up with the Fake Robin and disclosed to an unidentified individual on a Den Den Mushi that they “have arrested Nico Robin,” the real Robin showed no signs of surprise, instead only commenting that she needed to go quickly and wondering whether everyone else had returned.
After that, she returned to GR 17 and Franky at the Thousand Sunny. Franky’s temperament hasn’t changed, but she joked that he’s no longer considered human.
After a long journey, Robin, Nami, Usopp, and Chopper all met up at the Thousand Sunny. Anyone familiar with her clothing choices may have guessed as much. Even though her outfits change from episode to episode, there will nearly always be purple involved.
It’s exactly the same; the only difference is that the top version is tinted a lilac hue rather than the traditional royal blue. She’s not only one of the few female protagonists in One Piece but in all Shounens. When performing for an audience, many groups put aesthetic concerns ahead of precision far too often.
