She charges gold coins for her services and uses those gold coins as sacrifices for the Goddess of the moon. This is a necessary task for Lafanpan because the Goddess of the moon cursed her race to shrink in size if such sacrifices were not made. Lafanpan makes these sacrifices to stay away from the curse.

After an expedition with his adventurer party and his work with them, Saitou starts to build a name for himself. In an episode, he is seen resting in a tavern at the end of his day with his party members when all the adventurers from the area come to admire his skills.
