A new dramatic episode of Below Deck Adventure season 10 premiered on Bravo on Tuesday, December 12, 2022, at 8 p.m. ET. The one-hour episode included cast members overseeing a new set of charter guests and diligently reporting to their jobs while dealing with personal relationships, family concerns, disagreements with fellow crewmates, and other issues that kept viewers hooked to their television screens.
On this new year’s week episode of Below Deck Adventure, chief stew Faye had multiple run-ins with other cast members due to personnel shortages when they were down one deckhand. She sought help from the outside crew, which infuriated bosun Lewis. Fans, on the other hand, had a range of emotions.

The ensemble of Below Deck Adventure is set to serve their second charter guest in the previous episodes. Kyle Dickard was sacked from the show for threatening Nathan. Thus the team will be battling for a while. The ensemble began to sort out their roles when the visitors arrived, but it was chief stew Faye who fought with management. Faye was seen appealing to Lewis throughout the previous week’s program to send one of his team members to help the girls.
The bosun, on the other hand, was irritated because they were already running low on exterior workers and were straining to handle both the yacht and the visitors. Lewis, the bosun. Faye then used the opportunity to ask Lewis about bringing some of the men aboard to help with the festivities while the guests were on board.
Later in the episode, while the crew is preparing for the arrival of the guests, Faye asks Lewis whether the girls could borrow Nathan for one night, to which the bosun replies that it isn’t possible. Faye and Lewis had a brief argument because Faye thought Nathan was better with visitors, and Lewis didn’t want to tamper with timelines.
Heather Gay and her Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC) coworkers were among those aboard the second charter. The interior workers dressed up as if they were going to a Mormon party to keep themselves entertained. Faye decides to wake Nathan up and dress him up like a Mormon warrior to make the party even more memorable. Michael was irritated by Faye’s activities since he considered it wrong for Faye to tamper with their timelines.
The captain of the Below Deck Adventure resented Michael’s “telling her what to do,” stating he should have recognized her seniority on the ship. Several familiar faces, notably chef Rachel, have joined St. David, and Fraser has been made chief stew. Captain Lee also reveals a health issue that could derail the entire season. Alissa and Camille clash in the internal department, while Camille and Ben start dating; Rachel’s dinner dish is ruined, and the guests have an immoral night.
Fraser realizes he needs to reassess his management style after seeing an embarrassing disagreement among his inner team members. Ross resolves to have his cake and eat it when forced to pick between Alissa and Katie. Ben and Camille’s romance develops deeper, and the entire crew grows tired of Camille’s idleness.
