Girl Meets Farm: Easy Recipes with Molly Yeh
Food Network is known for its wide variety of shows, but those discussing easy-to-make and quick recipes are few, and one of them is Girl Meets Farm. Hosted by Molly Yeh, the show displays recipes both American as well as those inspired by Yeh’s Chinese and Jewish heritage.
Molly Yeh used to go to Music School where she met her now Husband, Nick Hagen. After they married, she moved to his farm on the borders between Minnesota and North Dakota. She decided to shift her career toward the food industry and wrote a cookbook that won an award.
Food Network soon contacted her and she ended up hosting her show on the channel. Along with being on the show, Molly is also a food blogger and author.
She has two daughters, Bernadette and Ira and her husband is a musician who also works as a farmer and takes care of the land owned by his family. He is often seen helping Molly or doing a taste test for her.
With her new project, Bernie’s, opening just a while back, Molly will now be the co-owner of the Midwestern cuisine restaurant. She also seems to have various other projects underway, such as podcasts.
Girl Meets Farm Season 11 Episode 8 Recap:

Seeing her husband hard at work, Molly decides to make a fulfilling lunch for him accompanied by dishes made of Wheat noodles.
For lunch, Molly decides to make delicious Ginger flavored meatballs made out of chicken, with cabbage leaves lightly braised in Soy Sauce to make it perfectly partnered with the chicken.

With the wheat noodles, she decides to make Chili Oil noodles, which seem simple but have a great taste to them.
A meal isn’t complete without something sweet, and a hearty meal should have a hearty dessert. She makes eye-pleasing Matcha Mochi with just a few ingredients available in anyone’s pantries.
