Who is Senku?
Dr. Stone focuses on Senku Ishigami as he is the central character and is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable in every branch of science, with a focus on astronomy and space exploration. He was afraid, but counting the seconds, he was able to keep awake for 3,700 years.
His current goal is to build the Stone World’s new civilization, the Kingdom of Science. He may come across as arrogant, but he is actually incredibly honorable and compassionate, seeing science as a means of enhancing everyone’s lot in life.
Additionally, he has steadfast faith in his peers. Senku assumes leadership of the group after fleeing Tsukasa by feigning death. Because of the impact of one of their predecessors, his adopted father, Byakuya, who was one of those who remained after the initial petrification, he discovers that he is a legend in the community.
Senku and his various “ships.”
Senku and Kohaku shared a tight relationship. When Senku sets out on his own, they first come into contact. She found him to be a true gentleman and was amazed by his behavior and abilities, especially after he saved Yuzuriha.
His demeanor impressed her, and it was clear from the start that she had feelings for him. The Senhaku ship rose to prominence among fans ships over the entire series as the two of them grew closer over time.
Kohaku thinks of Senku as a close friend, and Senku feels the same way. She is incredibly devoted to him, but he is also incredibly kind and protective of her. Kohaku was undoubtedly Senku’s most devoted buddy throughout the series, and Senku was willing to do anything he needed to keep him safe.
Kohaku had real feelings for Senku, yet she was prepared to live with them not being reciprocated, despite their close but amicable relationship. This is clear throughout the entire narrative.
Ruri, who is said to be Kohaku’s sister, introduced “complicated” terms to Chrome, Senku Momotaro, and other students. Senku never thought of Ruri as anything more than a friend, even if they were childhood buddies.
He knew how Chrome and Ruri had feelings for one another. Senku, however, was intrigued by the notion that Ruri had a terminal illness and resolved to find a treatment for it. But at one point, the plot grew more intricate.
To be as practical as possible, Senku ultimately ended up marrying Ruri, but he never truly wanted to steal her away from Chrome. He agreed to the marriage as an agreement since he loved Ruri and thought it would save her life.
Because of this, even Chrome did not yell at him. Senku swiftly divorced Ruri and fled the hamlet to find treatment for her after Ruri’s situation deteriorated shortly after the marriage; thus, they never had an opportunity to rejoice. He would eventually be successful, and later in the novel, Ruri would wed Chrome.
