In the previous chapter, that is Chapter 23 of My Husband Changes Every Night, Teriella continues to hold onto the pillow and is confused by Rivanfel’s actions. He appears to affectionately hold hands with her and asks her to calm down. Surprisingly it does help her calm down, and she asks him if that is a secret remedy.
She then asks her husband to allow Lord Raven to assist in preparing for the party. As they are talking, he asks her to call him by his name and ends up looking at the plant blooming in the garden and then assumes it is her powers at work, to which she answers she just cannot control her powers yet.
Her husband has always had a traumatic childhood and not many fond memories that he would like to recall. But there is one memory that he cannot forget. He once passed by a field of flowers which were in the most beautiful blush pink color, and that is his favorite memory.
Seeing how he is fond of the memory, she takes her husband down, and they admire the tree she made to bloom in their garden.
He admired it for a long time and smiled at her. He told her all flowers fall pale in comparison to his wife’s beauty. The chapter ends with them lovingly embracing each other under the moonlight.
