The newest season of Canada’s Got Talent has finally been released! With the host Lindsay Ell and the panel of four judges, Howie Mandel, Lilly Singh, Trish Stratus, and Kardinal Offishall, the contestants make an entry to Canada’s biggest talent platform and perform their best to wow the judges.

Each season, Canada’s Got Talent introduces us to the four judges who judge the talents of various contestants, from brilliant to cringy, judges have to watch each and every act to make their decision. Each judge gets allotted a single cross buzzer, which they are supposed to press if they do not like the performance. When all of the buzzers get pressed, the contestant immediately gets eliminated from the show. Also, there is a golden buzzer for outstanding performances as well.

Even though the performances are intriguing, only one is supposed to win and the decision of choosing Canada’s Got Talent’s next winner is partly in the hands of the public. For the semi-finals, the public voting portal would be made available to all the citizens of Canada. Therefore, all the viewers and fans of the show have the right to vote for their favorite contestant.

In the end, after the voting lines would finally closed, the one with the highest votes would receive a place in the finals and then judges hold the right of choosing the second and third contestant to go in the finals. The winner of the show receives $150,000 as a cash prize, which was $100,000 back in 2012. The whole shooting of auditions and performances happened in the Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls in the month of October 2022, which is being broadcasted in the year 2023.
