Snoop lends his trademark flair and a few funny one-liners to the film as the criminal figure Huggy Bear, a semi-informant to the two silly, dysfunctional detectives. The cast is full of comedic actors, so you will surely enjoy the movie as it is filled with comedic punches and laughter.
11. Baby Boy
South Central Los Angeles is the setting for the drama/crime Baby Boy. When the movie debuted in 2001, critics generally gave it favorable reviews. It was Snoop’s first significant part in a full-length film, and he co-starred with Tyrese Gibson.
After forcing his girlfriend Yvette to go, Joseph “Jody” Summers waits for her at an abortion clinic. She asks him if he’ll ever move in with her and their kid JoJo, but he purposefully avoids the question and arrives and departs as he pleases.
They then get into a heated disagreement about his lack of dedication and selfishness. Jody continues to have relationships with other women in the meantime, including one named Peanut, with who together he shares a daughter named Lil’ Nut.
Pandora, Yvette’s coworker and friend, and Jody also almost had sex, but Jody was able to turn her down. When Yvette learns of his infidelity, their quarrel eventually gets physical, and she eventually kicks him out of her house. Gibson portrays Jody, a 20-year-old father of two who is having a hard time making ends meet due to a lack of a job or strategy. Snoop portrays Rodney, who was freshly released from prison and is Jody’s similarly streetwise friend/betrayer.
The two guys eventually become caught in a vicious cycle of violence brought on by their intertwined sexual and drug-peddling relationships. Snoop portrays a somewhat sinister character that puts his acting skills to the test.
10. The Beach Bum
The Florida beachfront is the setting for this 2019 stoner comedy starring Isla Fisher, Zac Efron, Matthew McConaughey, and of course, Snoop Dogg. Moondog and his wife Minnie live there and are known for their constant partying. Moondog completes his manuscript after rediscovering his writing abilities as a result of a tragedy.
Snoop portrays Moondog’s affluent pal, Lingerie, a marijuana lover. Compared to Spring Breakers, the last party/stoner film from filmmaker Harmony Korine, Beach Bum is a boisterous comedy with a little bit more to offer.
9. Bones
The musician Snoop Dogg plays Jimmy Bones, a murdered numbers runner who emerges from the dead to exact revenge, in Ernest Dickerson’s 2001 supernatural horror thriller from America. The movie makes reference to blaxploitation movies from the 1970s by including several of their tropes.
The film initially received poor reviews and had poor box office success, but it has subsequently gained respect as a cult classic, particularly for the performances by Snoop Dogg and Pam Grier, the real-world effects, and Dickerson’s direction.

Because of Bones’ disappearance, the neighborhood became desolate 22 years later and allowed drugs to spread throughout it.
In order to turn the Bones house into a nightclub, four teenagers—Patrick (Khalil Kain), his brother Bill, their step-sister Tia played by Merwin Mondesir and Katharine Isabelle respectively, and their closest buddy Maurice Sean Amsing buy it.
While searching, Tia discovers a black puppy who turns out to be Jimmy’s ghost incarnate in the physical world. Jimmy slowly comes back to life as the dog consumes food.
8. Hood Of Horror
Snoop Dogg’s voiced Gangbanger Devon, who first appears in the narrative, describes how he came to be a Hound Of Hell. All of this occurred when he and his group got into a shoot-out with Liore, the leader of a rival gang (voiced by Hawthorne James), during a car chase through the neighborhood. Eventually, he wrapped up to Liore and shot him in the head.
After returning home, Devon discovers that his younger sister had passed away after being struck by a stray bullet from his gun during the chase. Seeing Liore alive as he wanders the streets in amazement, he confronts the woman only to watch Liore transform into a demon and beat Devon mercilessly.
Devon can have any wish granted to him, according to Liore, as long as he pays the price. When Devon requests that his sister come back to life, Liore complies and hands Devon a knife while announcing that a price must be paid in blood.
Devon resolves to commit suicide by slitting his throat in retaliation for what he did; as a result, his sister is now alive and back with their mother then, after Devon has atoned for his sins.
Loire raises him from the dead and marks him with the HOH tattoo on the rear of his neck, which all Hounds of Hell possess, along with wisdom, strength, and the responsibility to determine who goes to Heaven or Hell.
Devon asks Liore how long he has to remain a Hound of Hell, and Liore replies that he asked his former master when he first turned into one and that it is up to Devon to decide his fate.
7. The Wash
Roommates Sean, played by Dr. Dre, and Dee Loc, portrayed by Snoop Dogg, have a 3-day eviction notice from their landlord since they haven’t paid their rent. Dee Loc proposes that his roommate visit the same car dealership where he works and submit an application there.
Because things have just become worse because Sean just lost his job at Foot Locker due to a layoff, and his car also has a boot on it. Chris, played by rapper Eminem, is sacked the day prior, and Sean is promptly hired as assistant manager.
Dee Loc refuses to pay the rent even though he has the whole amount due (from his side business trafficking narcotics), saying Sean must be responsible and pay his share. Sean tries his hardest to win over Mr. Washington, portrayed by George Wallace, the car wash’s proprietor, in order to keep his employment long enough to pay his share of the rent.
Initially, everything seems to be going smoothly, but after Dee Loc is caught on camera stealing, Mr. Washington tells Sean that he has made a decision, including evicting his roommate. Sean tries to persuade Dee Loc to behave more responsibly, but their relationship suffers as a result.
Two ignorant and irate local criminals contact the carwash with demands, unaware that caller ID shows their location, and kidnap Mr. Washington at gunpoint. Sean and Dee Loc set aside their disputes long enough to liberate their employer rather than call the cops.
The situation becomes worse when Chris, a former assistant manager, arrives with an AK-47 and demands retribution from Mr. Washington for firing him. Chris kills one of the kidnappers, then fires into the car wash before running out of ammo. Sean attempts to attack Chris but fails and collapses. Security guard Dwayne (Bruce Bruce) intervenes and handcuffs Chris before he can kill Sean.
6. Meet The Blacks
Carl Black is leaving Chicago with his family. Carl Black, played by Mike Epps, swaps the hustler lifestyle for something better after robbing a notorious criminal drug lord named Key Flo, played by Charlie Murphy, of a significant sum of money and making the assumption that he will spend the next five or six years behind bars.
Carl moves to Beverly Hills with his new bride Lorena played by Zulay Henao. Son Carl Jr. is played by Alex Henderson, daughter Allie Black is played by Bresha Webb, and cousin Cronut is played by Lil Duval.
It turns out that Carl chose the wrong moment to move. Around the time of the annual purge, they show up, intertwining all of Carl’s personal problems while all criminality is permitted for a whole twelve hours.
5. Soul Plane
Although Nashawn Wade claims to have always loved flying, he has a terrible experience with a typical airline: his dog Dre is mistakenly labeled as checked luggage rather than a carry-on; he consumes a terrible airline meal; his buttocks become stuck in the toilet while experiencing diarrhea brought on by his dinner, and Dre is lethally swallowed through a jet engine after a stewardess unintentionally opens the cargo door.
Nashawn sues the airline because of the awful experience he had, and the jury grants him a $100,000,000 verdict. He makes the decision to utilize the funds to launch his own airline, which will be called Nashawn Wade Airlines (NWA)and will be named after the rap group NWA.
The airline specializes in serving the hip-hop and African American communities. The Malcolm X station at the airport is where Jamiqua and Shaniece, two unemployed TSA agents, are having fun rather than checking passengers’ bags.
It is an extensively modified Boeing 747SP that has a dance club, low-rider hydraulic systems, spinners, integrated airfoils to reduce drag from the decoration, and other special features. The safety video also features a parody of “Survivor” by Destiny’s Child.
4. Mac & Devin Go to High School

Once there, they discover three weird beings who are subsequently identified as Sheen’s kids and turn them in exchange for a reward. Before being declared healthy enough to be released back into the care of their families, the wild children are isolated for a few months at a child development research facility.
When Sheen’s brother Dan Sanders and his wife Jody arrive to pick them up, they are informed that they can have them provided they agree to reside in a sizable middle-class home in a suburban area that is fitted with surveillance cameras.
At first, Jody is hesitant to bring the kids, but she quickly gets used to having them. Jody auditions for a ballet production of Swan Lake in an effort to establish a connection with their new children, and she is chosen for the lead role of the Swan Queen.
