Thai drama The Eclipse features elements of BL, romance, mystery, and the supernatural. Fans are interested to see how the unsolved mystery will be handled as the mystery thriller The Eclipse draws to a close. Contrary to expectations, the enemies-to-lovers storyline is very popular.
The Prapt novel “Eclipse” served as the inspiration for the mystery/drama series. Akk and Ayan are the primary protagonists in the series directed by Golf Tanwarin Sukkhapisit. First, Kanaphan Puitrakul portrays Akk, while Khaotunf Thanawat Ratanakitpaisan takes on the role of Ayan.
Khan, Sani, and Waree are among the other actors in the cast, together with Neo Trai Nimtawat, Ployphach Phatchatorn Thanawat, and Sine Inthira Charoenpura. Fans also enjoy Ron in his role as Dika. Akk is their school’s perfect, and he meets the new guy Ayan, who everyone looks at for his intriguing presence. After some time, the two start to get along.
The ECLIPSE – Storyline
Suppalo, the top and perhaps the most renowned all-boys school in the nation, are where the play is set. The school operates under very rigorous and rigid guidelines. The school has been the subject of an odd rumor. The rumor claims that there exists a curse that will afflict students who misbehave or rebel, and the affliction intensifies as the solar eclipse approaches.
It makes sense that some students would want to rebel and resist the tight restrictions that are in place, given how strict they are. These students organize themselves into an organization they call “The World Remembers.” These pupils band together in an effort to challenge the school’s authority by defying the strict restrictions and rigid rules that have been imposed on them. The professors choose Akk, the senior student prefect, and his fellow prefects to assist in putting an end to the rebel group’s misbehavior, generating trouble and harming the school’s reputation.
Ayan, a new pupil, soon enrolls in the school. Akk is wary of him because he is enigmatic, so he chooses to keep a watch on Ayan. Ayan enrolled at the school in the hopes of figuring out who was responsible for his uncle’s suicide and apprehending them. Suppalo School, the only piece of evidence Ayan could uncover among his uncle’s bones, was what brought him here.
Ayan manages Akk by nagging and playing with him nonstop. Since the initial episode, Akk & Ayan have been seen flirtatiously looking at one another as they come close and then pushing each other apart since they both adhere to and have different opinions regarding the strict rules and system at the school. Due to the show’s emphasis on romance and LGBTQ+ themes, the cast & storyline are overwhelmingly made up of men.
The ECLIPSE Episode 9 Review
When Akk and Ayan start spending all of their free time together, Akk discovers more about Ayan. The head of the school issues an order for a crackdown on protesters and threatens the prefects’ future. When it looks like the protesters are making progress, a string of horrifying antics starts to work against them.
The ECLIPSE Episode 10 Release Date & Time
The ECLIPSE Episode 10 will release on October 14, 2022, at 9:30 PM in Thailand. For other countries the series will air at 7:00 PM (IST), 6:30 PM (PST), 9:30 AM (EST), 8:30 AM (CST), 10:30 PM (JST/KST), and 11:30 PM (AEST). These episodes each have an about 45-minute running duration.
