The release date of the upcoming Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 233 is right around the corner, and after finding out that the Sukuna’s Dharma Chakra Wheel started spinning, fans are super excited to find out what is going to happen next in the upcoming installment of the series.
While revealing the release date of the upcoming installment, we are also going to find out how much longer the fight between Sukuna and Gojo is going to take place and who is going to be the champion in the end. In addition to all the spoilers and expectations of the upcoming chapter.
When the last released chapter of the series opens up, we see that Sukuna’s Dharma Chakra Wheel is spinning. This is because, apparently, something has happened off-panel between the previous chapter and this one. This was when Yuuji said that this was the second spin, and Kusakabe said that two more spins would adapt to Gojo’s Infinity.
That is also because in the previous chapter Gojo straight up told Sukuna that Maharaga’s Dharma Chakra Wheel only needs to spin four times to completely adapt Gojo’s Infinity or Limitless. Considering that it had already spun two or three chapters ago, it only requires three more spins to completely adapt Gojo’s Infinity. After the spinning at the start of this chapter, it turns out that there are only two spins left.
It is also possible that we are going to see the third one pretty soon because Gojo has started throwing their blue balls at Sukuna.
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 232: Recap and Review
Later in the chapter, we see Yuuji asking a really good question. He asks if what actually is needed for the adaptation is time or energy.
We don’t really know because we see two possibilities posited here; either Maharaga gets hit, or Sukuna is the conduit for him using his wheel and gets attacked, and then some time passes, and then it figures out who to adapt to it, or it then understands how the ability or the attack or whatever works.
There is also one more possibility that Maharaga takes multiple attacks and eventually figures out how to adapt. Before this, I thought it was kind of just like a time thing, maybe even like a fast time thing, because it seems like he adapts relatively fast.
I didn’t think it involved him taking multiple attacks because it didn’t deem that way before, but Kashimo says to this statement that it could be either, and that is all there to it.
That is why this whole business about him having to spin the wheel four times to adapt to Gojo. I thought that he would be adapting to each of his attacks and abilities individually.
However, I also think that that is not the case because Kusakabe says that Gojo has not been using anything aside from Blue. That is only because he doesn’t want Maharaga to adapt to anything else, but it is still not the case, and he still adapts to everything, regardless of what you do, as long as it just happens enough.
This goes back to Kashimo saying that either option is possible and that all three are to it. Speaking of Gojo only using Blue, it is because he has been trying to low Sukuna into this false sense of security, making him think that he will not use else, so Maharaga won’t attack, and he eventually gets Sukuna into the perfect situation, countering him, coming behind a pillar and fires off Reversal Red on his face.
