He was briefly mentioned in the last chapter, and even then, his wasn’t shown, as the chapter focused completely on the fight. The battle between the one-horned clan and the dragon clan that was fighting for domination with their armies out and staking their lives.
As the chapter opened, we are introduced to one of the strongest members of the one-horned clan. He was a retiree who had come out to warn the people and send them back. The soldier was a little shocked over what to do, but their trump card gave them courage over what to do, and that was to attack fiercely.
However, that was a bad plan as the one-horned demon army was not only proficient in martial arts but also good at it. Even their King was in the battle and is considered second in their country. And with that much force on their side, winning was not going to be easy, to begin with.

Second Life Ranker Chapter 154 will see the dragon magic clan losing their faith in their ability as they drop dead one after another. The fight has done its work in setting up the events for our MC to show up. However, it is still too early for Yeen-Woo or anyone to show up as there are still things that can go wrong.
Though, at this point in the tower, the main issue should also be maintaining balance. This is a fight between two political forces, and just siding with one will not be enough to get closer to the truth. If Yeen were to play his cards, he has to make sure that there is neutrality of some sort.
Though, that won’t be easy to achieve as both sides have their reason, and they are too stubborn to give up on their position like this. So it will come down to with whom it will be more beneficial to side.
